As close to the food of New York City's Chinatown as you can get. EVERYTHING is fresh and excellently prepared. Whatever you order, you'll be pleased. We would not think of eating Chinese take-out anywhere else.

Decided to order chinese food for Super Bowl Sunday and our family dinner. We ordered for 16 people. We ordered mostly from the Chinese and everything was better than any Chinese Food we had from takeout. They delivered and was here right at the time we requested. We had everything from lo mein, egg foo, steamed chicken and veggies, to a sushi roll. Everything was very good! Will be ordering again from here and no other Chinese place.

My Chinese takeout of choice. They make the best Egg Foo Young I've ever had. In fact, I no longer order Egg Foo Young if I have to go to a different Chinese place. The beef and broccoli and the Lo mein are also exceptionally good. They always throw in an extra appetizer with a family size order. Like pizzerias, there are many Chinese places around but this is where I go when I want the best.

The food was junk! They tried to do Pad Thai and screwed it up bad! ( it was on the menu) When we ordered our food and paid for it she said the total was $21.25 & when I asked for a receipt she printed one out on an adding machine and the total came to $21.21. I don't know how often she does that, but be aware!!

Been here a few times for Chinese food and it's perfect for when I have a craving. Everything is made fresh with high quality ingredients, pricing is very reasonable. You can eat at the restaurant (there are plenty of tables and chairs) or you can do take-out. Highly recommended.

The food here is very good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The portions of white rice is amazingly small. It is a little bit expensive so you might want to do take out since you get more food.

I have been there many times both by myself and with friends. I/we have always enjoyed the food and the service. In an era of pan-Asian restaurants where all the food is OK. Hunan Springs is focused on fine Chinese cuisine. In the survey questions below it asks if they specialize in a particular cuisine, they have a varied menu that has Cantonese as well as Hunan and Szechuan dishes. They are in the old Widow Browns building, warm woods with Asian accents, tables and booths that add a bit of privacy. A full bar. Dishes I have enjoyed - Ma La lamb ( lamb and veggies in a spicy brown sauce), House Duck Spectacular ( pulled duck with pea pods, green peppers and mushrooms in a mildly spicy brown sauce), Chicken and Eggplant in garlic sauce.

Consistently good food, fast service and clean atmosphere. Big portions for the money too. The staff always seem pleasant which is nice considering other restaurants in that shopping center are not.
