P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
So here we are, a family of 6, out for a birthday celebration. No reservation, but fortunately we didn't need one because the restaurant wasn't terribly busy at the time. We were seated immediately, and our server greeted us a few minutes later. We asked for a little more time to order, so she got our beverages in the meantime. Our order was placed, and we waited. And waited. And waited. The server stopped by to apologize and offered to bring us some soup (on the house) because the kitchen was "a little backed up". That was a nice touch, and kudos to her for thinking of it! Finally, the food arrived, nicely prepared, and hot - so at least it was fresh and served immediately. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, mostly because our server was attentive and friendly.

They moved across the street and after a couple of years, have reopened. They have the best Chinese in the area. Beautiful remodel. The house fried rice is excellent as are the chicken, beef and seafood offerings. The egg rolls are done perfectly. Quick carry out offered.

Ordered online (to avoid errors) amd received the order in about an hour. Ordered for other people at work because we were too busy for lunch. I didn't get a chance to get my food for several hours, so didn't realize I received cashew chicken instead of the chicken with snow peas I ordered. Called the restaurant and was told it was too long after the order and I should drive over there to return the wrong item for a refund. A) I ordered online because I was too busy to get food B) I ordered online to avoid errors as it was written plainly. C) They were rude and wouldn't fix their error. I asked for the correct meal to be brought and I would give them the wrong one back. I also called beyond menu ( who runs the online ordering) amd they have not resolved the issue. So, Isince i can't eat nuts I never got any lunch.

This place stands out from a similar place that we visit in Baltimore in that the interior is much, much nicer. Looks nicer and smells nicer. However, the choice of items is more limited, and some of them (like the fried chicken) doesn't taste quite as good. Our experience here was also nicer than our "other place" because it was not nearly as crowded. However, this is not always a plus at a buffet place because food sits longer in the open air. This place is also a bit more expensive than our usual place. I did find a few items that I liked as well as other buffets (e.g., some stir-fried items and short ribs, and a couple of desserts). On average, because the food was not quite as fresh, tasty or varied, I give this place an average score. Okay for a fill-up if it's the most conveniently located for you.

Need to add this restaurant - very vegetarian friendly, great food, mostly a take-out place, friendly service
The food was great and the portion sizes were HUGE. My husband and I both ordered entrees and when they came I discovered that we could have very easily split one and been full. Our meal came packaged in neat and sturdy plastic containers that we were able to reuse several times. I had the broccoli and beef and he had the triple delight. We also have had the crab sticks, which were good even though it was imitation crab. The egg drop soup was just ok, I've had better. The egg rolls were good but they were kind of big without the same out of filling. Basically they were big and semi-flat. The place is tiny and quiet but we didn't eat there, we had carry-out. My only quip is that the food was really greasy. If not for that it would be a 5/5. We have eaten there several times since we've been in Towson and right now it's my go to for good chinese.
