The food at the Wok is pretty good. It is not the best Chinese food in town, but the prices are good and they deliver faster than anyone else. I like their soups very much. The service is always with a smile. This is a great choice when you want a quick, inexpensive and tasty meal with plenty of leftovers.

This has been our go-to restaurant when in Springfield for many years. It's run by a small family and they have a nice following. The menu is varied and the food is really good. Quick order prep, too. Be sure to mention the coupon when you go in and she will key in a discount for you. You just have to mention it.

Kosher Chinese Hibachi restaurant seating about 25. Dinner plates are inexpensive and they provide a great amount of food, including brown rice, soup or a spring roll, main course and a side for around $14. Food was very tasty and served at the perfect temperature. One staff member who took care of us was friendly. Parking via street or back parking lot. They also do a good deal of take-out food. Plenty of vegetarian and sushi dishes. Would definitely come back here again!

Chens 22 reminds me of the Chinese restaurants of the 1950's in Cleveland OH. They excell in the basics: excellent Cantonese style food: egg rolls, won ton soup, chow meain, moo goo gai pan, Chinese spare ribs. Oh, they have more elaborate dishes, but we like the foundational dishes.

The menu is extensive offering interesting and varied choices. The food is good but used to be even better. Dinner prices are a bit high; lunch is a better value. The staff and service, however leave a LOT to be desired. My family has been disappointed a few times there because of this and refuses to return. We appreciate less attitude and more assistance while dining out, and we are not a demanding bunch! Plenty of other restaurant choices.

Today we went to Cathay 22 during lunch time,the restaurant offers lunch special. But the hostess only gave us expensive dinner menu. After ordered, we saw next table ordered lunch special. So we asked why didn't give us lunch special menu. The hostess didn't apologize. Instead she has very bad attitude and very rude. She said that she doesn't have to give us. Since we didn't ask so she is not necessary to give us lunch menu. I asked her why your restaurant offer lunch special but you don't give us the menu? She doesn't think that she did wrong and no single word apologize to us. After we finished lunch, when we got bill and I found that we got higher price bill. I ordered one from today's special which they put the list on each table. The price is lower than the dinner menu. But we got the bill price is from expensive dinner menu. So I questioned them, they told me that price on the table is wrong...When you read here, what do you think? We go to restaurant, we spend money and we want enjoy good food in pleasant place. If people treat you like this, do you want to go there again? One more thing, In the past, my friends and me had been there many times since they had good food. But during these years, the food is not good anymore. So many of my friends do want to go there anymore. After today's experience I will say goodby to this Cathay 22 restaurant. During same area, you will have better choose than this one. Hope this can help.
