It is situated just north of the "Missouri Bootheel", although many locals consider Sikeston a part of it. By way of Interstate 55, Interstate 57, and U.S. Route 60, Sikeston is close to the halfway point between St. Louis, Missouri and Memphis, Tennessee and three hours from Nashville, Tennessee. The city is named after John Sikes, who founded it in 1860. It is the principal city of the Sikeston Micropolitan Statistical Area, which consists of all of Scott County, and has a total population of 41,143.

Large selection of food. About what you would expect from a buffet-type restaurant. Parents teach your children to keep their hands out of the food dishes...please have them use the serving utensils that are provided. Restrooms could have been much cleaner. About what I expected. Came with friends, this was their choice...not mine.

The food here is HoT, even if you get it to go and drive across town. Everything is prepared to order. Overlook the "greasy" look of this place because the food more than makes up for it. Half orders are typical request as quantity is large, more than enough to fill you up. Hubby gets half order of beef fried rice, i usually get broccoli chicken--all for about $10!! Drive thru stays busy but they usually go out and walk down the line taking your order. We go at least once a week.

Standard, Americanized as to taste, well-prepared, quite tasty meals. Including stir-fry. Exceptionally popular with area residents but never crowded requiring waiting in line. Good friendly service, with attention to detail; have never been disappointed. Wide variety of choices with beef, chicken, pork, and seafood; good selection of fruits and vegetables; nice selection at dessert bar, also, ice cream. Apparently, this establishment does not have a liquor license. Families with children know this as a favoured and repeat choice.
