Reviews on Chinese food in Roswell, New Mexico, United States. Known mostly through myths about aliens and UFOs, there's more to Roswell than mystery and innuendo. No matter what your interests: archaeological and historical sites, special and sporting events, museums, arts and culture, Roswell is a great place for a weekend jaunt. More than anything, the area offers a multitude of outdoor activities, from bird watching and fishing at the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge to swimming and boating at Bottomless Lakes State Park. Families will love the Spring River Park and Zoo, which features a special fishing lake for children, exotic animals and an antique carousel. There's plenty to do inside as well. The Roswell Museum and Art Center will appeal to anyone with an interest in Southwestern painters like Peter Hurd and Henriette Wyeth. History enthusiasts will enjoy the Historical Center of Southeast New Mexico, a grand house filled with area antiques, artifacts and a changing gallery of historical exhibits. Of course a visit to Roswell would not be complete without a stop at the International UFO Museum and Research Center, where you can find out what really happened when "something" crashed near Roswell in 1947 or maybe not.

We stopped for some takeout as we were passing through Roswell. Definitely a good choice. Lots of vegetarian option. Service was quick and accurate. The restaurant appeared very clean. We tried the vegetarian Singapore noodles, chicken lettuce wraps, and some stir fried veggies. All excellent choices, great flavors and reasonably priced.

This appears to be an average, American-style Chinese restaurant. I ate there about 90 minutes before it closed on a Sunday night. The selections were OK, but many seemed to have been out on the line for quite awhile. The best deal about this place is the decent price, $9.99, for the buffet.

Hunan Chinese Restaurant is a family owned small Chinese Restaurant, has been in business for over 10 years. Weâre no longer behind Peter Piper Pizza, our new location at 1000 West Hobbs St. (Hobbs & Union Intersection). Weâve been in this new location si
Our visit to the Hunan Chinese Restaurant in Roswell NM was a VERY HAPPY AND JOYOUS EXPERIENCE. I called the restaurant before we visited to determine if they prepare my favorite dish, Singapore Rice Noodles. A very pleasant lady assured me that they prepare this dish. Our server was wonderful. Cheerful, happy, efficient and enthusiastic. Our meal was wonderful. We visited in the early evening and did not have to wait for our meal. Parking is plentiful and easy. Our server thanked us repeatedly for visiting. I think it may be a family business. OUTSTANDING.Thank you so very much for the wonderful review that you wrote here, we are very happy that we were able to keep you happy. We try to avoid fast food but this is somewhat healthier than average. At least you can get vegetables. This location had competent servers and I think it is a good value and decent food. Would return

When ever in Roswell we like to stop here and eat. The older Asian woman taking your order is a hoot. She is what makes it fun to come and visit. The food portions are huge and you can not finish it. The quality of the food is not the best quality, but once they make the food fresh, it turns out pretty good. I know the locals are not big fans of this place. It is worth a stop while in Roswell.
