It is located in the Umpqua River Valley in southern Oregon and is the county seat and most populous city of Douglas County. Founded 167 years ago, in 1851, the population was 21,181 at the 2010 census, making it the principal city of the Roseburg, Oregon Micropolitan Statistical Area. The community developed along both sides of the South Umpqua River and is traversed by Interstate 5. Traditionally a lumber industry town, Roseburg is the home of Roseburg Forest Products.

We had a family gathering and decided to try this place for food. We will not make that mistake again. The food was lukewarm and when asked about it, they just said it was fine with them. We were so disgusted with the food and service that we ended up at another place in town. There are many other options in town, I would recommend checking those out before checking out this place.

Better than average! Staff very friendly and the place was surprisingly busy at 8:00 pm. Would definitely return if back in Roseburg.

Came here with friends for a social visit and dinner. I ordered the Garlic Shrimp, hubby ordered the Happy Family. They cooked mine without MSG (causes me headaches) it was yummy, garlicky, perfectly sauced with plenty of veggies and shrimp. Hubby's was also perfectly sauced with plenty of meat. Friends ordered the fried, all fried is made with MSG but it was plentiful, tasty and much enjoyed by both. Our plates were heaped and specials were very reasonable. We seated ourselves, all booths, casual and comfortable. Service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. We will return.

I grew up with Kowloons food, and I crave it! (I even worked there for a year in the 90's) On a recent trip to Oregon, we visited, and it was amazing as always. I was kind of bummed that they changed the sweet and sour sauce, and wish that they would change it back, but the rest of the meal was excellent. Great quality and quantity for the price. I bought bottles of pink sauce to take home with me. I will be making Mar Far Chicken for weeks!

Giant portions and great value for the money, service was excellent and the food was fresh and cooked just right. We're visiting the area and will most certainly go back to Lee's next time we're here. In fact, wish we had one just like Lee's at home.

Everyone enjoys a "go to" place that doesnt fail to impress and Chi's for us is just that. Whenever we have out of town guests we surprise them with the escellent foods at Chi's. The prices are very nominal and the flavor, freshness and plating is always a bonus!You will be happy you chose Chi's!!

If there's one type of food Roseburg has a plethora of, its Chinese. Neither my friend nor I had eaten here since the remodel. We decided to give it a try. We were immediately seated and handed menus to peruse. I like combinations and my friend chose vegetarian. When the food arrived quickly, there was enough for four people per plate! The food was hot and tasty. I'm a lover of the shrimp sauce that's always at the table and soak the fried rice and shrimp in it. Yummmmm! The sweet and sour pork red sauce had a very nice ginger zing to it.Nice family restaurant with great value!

The food is great and staff is friendly, it can seem slow but you have to understand that they cook everything to order so you are waiting for freshness. If you want fastfood go to panda express. we get take out most of the time becuse the resturant is small and crowded all the time, the food is that good :)
