Average food, and not worth the price and portion sizing. Orange chicken, and Kang pau chicken were good. The other chicken mains were average. The main shrimp dish had 4-5 shrimp only costing around 30 SAR( ridiculous) and they were neither jumbo nor cooked so well so as to deserve that pricing. The crispy beef was just OK and nothing to rave about. The biggest disappointment was the servings of fried rice which were on the cook side( not steaming hot as it should be) and chewy/ sticky, and not fresh tasting. The hot and sour soup was also just so so!Definitely not worth going again. Many much much better Chinese options in town , like PF Changâs in Riyadh Mall etc.

Great authentic food and quite inexpensive. We tried tofu as well. Other dishes were good as well. Probably it's the oldest Chinese of Riyadh as well.

This was a hidden little gem of a restaurant with absolutely delicious Indian food. This is a great option for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. They have great mango lassis too!We went for dinner in the early evening and the restaurant was practically empty. Our waiter was from Nepal - very attentive, friendly and professional.I will pay this restaurant a visit every time I am in the country!

Hualan delivers an authentic flavour of the East while combining traditional oriental techniques with the highest quality international ingredients. A contemporary take on Chinese cuisine using novel flavours and texture combinations, inspired by Chinese
Just came back from dinner at hualan. Had gone with the family. Ambiance was nice, surroundings clean, and the service was good. It was about cold for comfort inside, though there was an outside deck type sitting area that was covered and looked more rustic/ casual with limited city views. We ordered two Dim Sum dishes which were ok, mostly bland, and quite overpriced-- three dumplings each for $ 12. One was a complete waste, though after ordering and wasting it because of poor texture and taste, the waiter exclaimed that " we do not recommend that fine dum to people as it is not a popular item." Well when we ordered thinking that it was one of the few chicken dim sum, no one adivised against ordering it. The other was a prawn dim sum with limited traces of prawn . The dim sum was a complete waste of money .We also ordered a prawn noodle dish which came out almost cold rather than steaming hot, and had to be sent back to be warmed up . For twenty dollars this udon noodle dish was overpriced with just 5-6 small prawnd mixed in. The restaurant refused to serve a noodle dish replacing beef or mushtooms or prawns with chicken, for my daughter. That was disappointing. We ordered other dishes including Kung Pao chicken, crispy sweet sour chicken( which was the highlight and quite delicious) and Jasmine rice etc. They were good. The water and juices ( canned) were overpriced. The ambiance and service were the highlight. Food was a mixed bag. Certainly not the best Chinese food experience, but would think about going again to try other dishes.

Interior is beautiful, service is so fast and the dishes are fantastic! We ordered Duck and 2 differently prepared Dumplings (steamed and Pan Fried) and they were both exquisite. Also the peking duck was just soooo good. Will definitely be returning to Mirage! Its a little on the expensive side but well worth the price for the taste of the food :)

Open on April , 2008 . With the space of 1,200 square meters and over 270 covers of capacity , Diamond is well known for its Modern Japanese ambience
This would be my best eating experience at this recent trip to Riyadh. Recommended by a business colleague; an elegant Chinese restaurant that is uniquely decorated providing a magical and dreamy ambience. The dishes served were delicious all the way and they were perfectly prepared to our liking. The unique mixture between colors and lighting leaves an impression to remember about this place. Not a place for people eating on budget at all, but it is worthwhile to give it a try at least once. It will be better if the lighting in the rest rooms area is improved.

My wife and I planned to take a quite dinner away from the children so we selected a mid week night and Le Chateau restaurant since it was very close to our house and has a good reputation for Chinese and Japanese food.As expected the restaurant was nice and the food was great but definitely not a place for a quite meal with disco lights flashing and our meal interrupted with loud Birthday party songs.
