Had the waitress describe what all vegetables were in the Happy Family. It did not include snow peas, bamboo shoots, or water chestnuts. I requested the addition of those to my order. The dish had the most veggies I have ever had on Happy Family and they were fresh, not over cooked, and very flavorful. This had to be one of the best I had ever had. I knew they would charge extra, but was shocked that they only charge one dollar extra. The rice was perfect and very flavorful. The Jasmine tea was a perfect addition to the meal. Service was excellent and staff very friendly. Very impressed with this restaurant and will return next time in Pueblo.

Called in an order for take out and food was ready sooner than the 20 minutes the person who took my order said it would be. I like quick service like I had here. Ordered the pork fried rice. The fried rice was bland when you didn't eat it with one of the huge chunks of pork in it. I like fried rice that can stand on its own without the meat- the meat is just icing on the cake. In this case, the pork fried rice was ok. The pork were large chunks. Again, eat the fried rice without the pork, then its very bland. The salt and pepper chicken wings off the appetizer menu were excellent though. Prices were reasonable.

A number of friends and I went to the Black Swan Café for lunch. We were quickly seated and drinks orders taken. This café serves both American and Chinese food. The majority of the menu items are Chinese though. I ordered the sweet and sour shrimp. Others ordered fried chicken or the house lo mein. The sweet and sour sauce was served on the side. It seemed everybody was happy with their orders.

The restaurant is small, sunny and clean. We didn't dine in, but waited inside for takeout. We tried 3 of their vegetable dishes and their vegetable egg rolls. We loved the egg rolls. They were large, had lots of filling and were very tasty. The vegetable dishes we tried were good and the portions were generous.
