Many choose your own mix options from healthy to rich. Something for everyone. At least 12 different veggies and 6 different sauces, of you are choosing. Otherwise they have the classics you expect, plus nice chef specials. Very efficient and fairly priced, though they recently dropped the cash didcount.
We have become "regulars" for take out Chinese food from this small, nondescript Chinese restaurant in the Morton Village shopping center in Plainview, NY. After trying many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, we finally found this one and are very happy with the consistently large, inexpensive, tasty portions. We invited two very experienced Chinese food couples to dinner and they were impressed with the spare ribs, the soup, the Diet shrimp and veggies, and the combination plates. Menu has lots of choices and bound to please any fussy foodies.

We've dined in and taken out. Each time the food was excellent. Dining in the atmosphere is very nice and the staff attentive.

We came with a party of five, a mini reunion including a trip here a year ago. I wasn't so eager to return, but it wasn't bad. 3.5 stars, really. Best dishes were fried shrimp dumplings, sautéed spinach, and eggplant with garlic. Scallion pancakes good too. Moo shoo pork ok, but it was hard to see any meat. Golden chicken with walnuts typical too much batter, fried, with an overly sweet sauce. Friendly fast service. Very inexpensive.
Chinatown dishes at Long Island Chinese resturants are hard to find. You can get special Chinese greens dishes in brown or garlic sauces and they are pretty good. Also large special noodle soup as in Chinatown..l just love these dishes on cold days.. take out only the place is a hole in the wall. PS the employees could be a like more friendly to the customers from the Plainview area.
