A colleague, Chinese Peruvian took me there. I ordered lichi fish. It is sweet and sour fish fillets with onion, bell pepper, pine apple and lychee. I give it 5 star. We also had fried rice and steam chicken. Price include soda was about $25 per person.

This is the best Chinese food between Piura and Guayaquil. There are several Chifas in Tumbes. This is located on the right hand side of Av. Piura after crossing the Tumbes River. My favorite is on the "Menu" or specials list. Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice and a drink. Comes with WanTan soup. Clean and nice Chinese/Peruvian family runs it.

Only Air Conditioned place in town. Need I say more? Open only for lunch. You can order from the menu but why would you do that? Get one of the daily specials. Price includes drink, seafood, rice a dessert and sometimes soup.

Un chifa con un excelente local y atento servicio de mozos. Los platos son muy buenos, buen ratio precio/cantidad y el servicio es rápido. Precios bastante razonables.
