Morrisville is a town located primarily in Wake County, North Carolina (a small portion extends into neighboring Durham County). The population was 18,576 at the 2010 census. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates the town's population to be 21,932 as of July 1, 2013. Morrisville is part of the Research Triangle metropolitan region. The regional name originated after the 1959 creation of the Research Triangle Park, located midway between the cities of Raleigh and Durham. The Research Triangle region encompasses the U.S. Census Bureau's Combined Statistical Area (CSA) of Raleigh-Durham-Cary. The estimated population of the Raleigh-Durham-Cary CSA was 1,565,223 as of July 1, 2006, with the Raleigh-Cary Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) portion estimated at 994,551 residents. The headquarters of multinational Lenovo are located in the municipal limits (the other headquarters of the company is located in Beijing, China).

We bought a groupon and decided to get take out....they give generous portions and the food was pretty good. We'd go again and yes, you're not getting five star service but food was quick, good quality and you can't beat groupon price!

A medium size group of us met there for a birthday celebration. The service was very good, and the atmosphere is very nice. One in our group had to send his meal back because it was more bones that it was meat. Other than that, the meals were good and we had a nice time. The beer menu is limited, as is the wine menu. The mixed drinks were not consistent and several of them were unacceptable as well. Itâs just not their specialty I guess.

Absolutely loved the Indo-Chinese food. Much affordable lunch menu with great variety. Soups & salad sides were great. Amazed to see paneer option on menu. Delicious food. Only downside is card payment may be off sometime.

This restaurant has seemed to go downhill over time. Hadn't eaten there for over a year. Typical dim sum fare. But a lot of the food we got was a little 'tired'...didnt seem fresh. It was OK, but I have had better.

Fresh and fast Chinese take out and super friendly. Big portions and lots of crispy vegetables. You can get the standard American Chinese dishes and they also have the option of lite dishes which have less oil. They also have vegetarian spring rolls!! Quite yummy in an understated take out with good prices.

We keep searching for interesting Chinese food (like Peter Chang's in Richmond) but also with options that are not too fiery--just flavorful. We tried Taipei Cafe early on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised to find that they offer their luncheon specials seven days a week. The luncheon special is certainly good value: for $6.50-6.95 you can get an egg roll, choice of soup, and an entree and rice. If you want less, you choose between the egg roll and soup, with rice and entree for $5.95But the real treat would be to try the variety on the regular menu, much more diverse than many with several chef's specialties and a broader range among the categories of seafood, pork, chicken, beef, vegetarian. We got luncheon specials of pork fried rice, nicely done, and chicken and shrimp in a slightly spicy sweet sauce with water chestnuts and carrot, quite good. Wish we had been part of a bigger party so we could have tried more menu items at one sitting; portions are ample. Service in this fairly small restaurant, was pleasant and efficient. They describe their food as "new style Chinese cuisine and healthy". I'm not sophisticated enough about Chinese food to understand how it is new style but the choices are quite interesting. We hope to return and work our way through more of the menu.

We were looking some place that would accommodate everyone's liking. Opted for Pengs... Absolutely fantastic. Service was the best. Our waiter, who I believe might even be the owner, was the kindest, sweetest gentleman. Just wanted to hug him. The food was phenomenal, I opted for the Mongolian chicken, cooked perfectly. Large portions, friendly & efficient service, our cups never even reached half way before a fill up. Great food, great service, great prices, couldn't have asked for more.

Food was great...got the lotus root (tasted like figs) and jambalaya (shrimp, crabmeat, cucumber, cabbage) and both were different and special. Dinner was the 1/2 Peking duck (served like tacos in pancakes), shrimp (menu had two peppers hot but not so) and Supreme Scallops (very tasty). Finished with cheese cake and tiramisu (not Chinese but they needed something for a dessert menu).Atmosphere was overdone and likely costly.Overall good. Bring your wallet and expect to pay $60 each with 15 percent tip.

A very unique and interesting menu for our area... lots of strange seafood parts, e.g., parts of frog, or jellyfish. Chicken or Shrimp nuggets in a coffee sauce. Etc. We had the Shrimp/Coffee, The Duck, the Tom Yum and Wonton soups (VERY GOOD soups!), and fried pork dumplings. Good portions, reasonable prices and good to excellent tastes. One warning, some of the food is labeled as being 'hot' on the menu but the spices were VERY hot-- if you don't like that, ask for it to not be fully 'hot'! But the menu of Thai and Chinese food is amazingly interesting and varied. We'll be back
