We tried this restaurant, (new to Majorda this year) as it was highly recommended. We were not disappointed & went several times during our holiday. Our friends joined us towards the end of our stay & they too loved it. The restaurant is only small so I would say go early, or if you wish to eat around 8pm I would suggest you book. We loved the chicken tikka masala.

Saturday evening 24th November and we came here for dinner with friends, this was our first visit here of this holiday.Always enjoy a visit to this air conditioned restaurant with it's tasteful decor and comfortable leather chairs. Certainly is dining with a bit more comfort.Stuffed papadas as a starter were delicious, as were the various dishes we ordered, we all enjoyed our food, which was very nicely presented. The staff were most attentive.There was live music, which was enjoyable, not too loud could still hold a conversation without resorting to shouting, very good atmosphere, in fact some other diners got to to dance.We will certainly be back here in the near future.

Visited this place on the highly recommended Friday BBQ night. We had the BBQ platter, Surf N Turf along with a repeat of the BBQ platter...Everything started out well with the platter, as it was definitely worth both in terms of quality as well as quantity and totally worth with regards to the pricing so we couldn't fault it at all.The entire platter comprised of well cooked meat ranging from beef to pork to chicken and prawns... The meats were well cooked, succulent and juicy which sort of raised our expectations for the rest of the evening but they failed to deliver in terms of consistency on the plate be it with regards to portions on the plate as well as quality...The surf and turf was served with only a single prawn which in all fairness showed a complete lack of surf and in my opinion was way too overpriced for just a single prawn, mash potatoes and a piece of beef steak...!To sum it all up I would say if your a meat lover I would definitely recommend the place on Fridays and you can listen to some great music being belted out by a young band whilst enjoying your meal in a nice surrounding, however do not expect consistency in each plate of food... As they flatter only to deceive.!

The evening we visited The New Town we were the only ones there but this didn't spoil our visit as we were looking for somewhere quite for a romantic meal.As it was before the main season started up I expected for some of the items on the menu to to be available, but everything we ordered was there. We had several drinks, starters, mains a shared dessert and 2 liqueurs to finish and the bill was just over IR1300The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and taste.The owner and waiter could not have been more helpful if he had tried. I can imagine that this restaurant gets quite busy when the season gets into full swing, and I would visit again if we were ever back in the area.

Pleased to see this popular family run Beach Shack has returned to the beach after an absence of a few years. It is now situated between Majorda and Gonsua Beaches, along side Pepsi Cola House, a short walk along the sand. We spent the evening here, firstly having a cold beer watching an amazing Goan sunset. This was followed later on with dinner, we had a lovely evening and enjoyed some delicious food.Also spent a number of days here using the comfortable sunbeds, soaking up the sunshine and being looked after so well by the staff in the shack and enjoying wonderful food.There is an extensive menu to choose lunch/time from, seafood and fish are specialities here.

This must be among the few places where Iâve seen such an elaborate menu for Indian main course dishes. Superb choice and great taste which gets better with efficient service and thoughtfulness. For dinner the adults got knives in the cutlery and the kid got a table knife which speaks volumes of the lady of the house who makes it a point to give attention to all the tables. Beautiful setting in a garden ambiance. Must do ! And yes, they also have a bar !!
