This place is a hidden gem... literally. It took me awhile to find it off of Crown Valley Parkway and Alicia (it's next door to DeNault's hardware store). We made reservations for a Friday night and this place was hopping. My husband noticed a lot of people lining up for to-go- orders--that is a very good sign for Asian restaurants. The wine offerings were nice. I had Sonoma Cutrer chardonnay, which is a very good bottle of wine, and not something you would normally see at a Chinese restaurant. Our waitress Lucy was extremely charming. We loved her stories from "back home" and she made some great suggestions. We ordered the following:Salt and pepper calimari (tender as my heart and delish!), Dumplings and Potstickers. The latter two were also outstanding. Potstickers were fried perfectly and my husband declared that the dumplings were the best he's ever had.We also ordered Mongolian beef, Roast Duck and BBQ pork fried rice. OK, let's talk about that duck. OMG.... that crispy skin sent me to the moon! Thanks Lucy, for suggesting it. The Mongolian beef was also very good and the fried rice I loved-- it was not too salty and tasted VERY fresh.Food was very, very good! Overall, this place gets five stars. The owner Jonathan (his parents were the original owners but they retired) came over to our table to introduce himself and was so genuine and nice.

P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
Friendly staff and they can accommodate food allergies. Less noisy than the one in Newport so you can have a conversation, but the tables are quite sticky..bathroom needs attention.
