Things to do in Kluang
Was in Kluang and saw this modern rustic cafe that offers many variety of food. Have their daily specialities with drink. Nice ambience with a little touch of indo French interior. Qualities of food is good , place is clean and price is reasonable. Car park is limited. Hope to try their other food varieties in the near future.
Chanced upon this Bak Kut Teh restaurant while sending my niece to a facial shop nearby. Itâs one of the nicer Bak Kut Teh restaurant I have tasted in JB. Clean and spacious with nice staffs around. The pork belly is very soft and tender which melt in mouth when chew. Indeed a restaurant not to be miss.
We decided to eat here because we didn't want to waste time looking for dinner after shopping AEON Big. It was a pleasant surprise and we all enjoyed the great taste of the noodle. We were personally impressed with the quality of laksa soup. It was the best laksa I had in Malaysia in my life! Strongly recommend this place and we will definitely go back there soon.

If you like comfort food, go for the steam chicken and it's like the traditional Hainanese chicken rice. This place offers noodles, dumplings and a few other comfort food for your liking. The roast chicken is just as good. This restaurant is a must try the next time when you step into Kluang Mall, located on the ground floor.

Went to the airconditioned branch shop at Taman Tasik for dinner. The restaurant is not as crowded as the main one in Kluang Baru. We brought our friends who were staying at the nearby Starz hotel to have a taste of the asam pedas fish head, the signature dish. Our friends also like the otak-otak and the stir fried lala shellfish. The stir fired spinach was also well done, not oily, soft and succulent. After our dinner, we proceeded to do shoppng at the RM2 one stop shop.

a very reasonable priced seafood restaurant and local delicacies in Kluang
it was lucky that we decided to use GRAB to reach the restaurant because midway during the ride the kind driver informed us that the destination address of this restaurant was wrong and probably not updated in the google maps. he nevertheless dropped us at the correct place.it is a simple restaurant but has some air conditioned seating as well information outdoor dining area.the staff appear to be foreigners and are not able to communicate but the head waiter took our orders and executed them efficiently. the food arrived within reasonable 15 minutes and the serving sizes were decent and the quality and the taste were excellent.the pricing appeared to be reasonable. interestingly there were two beer operators Tiger and Carlesberg whose service wasappreciable.despite being a weekday the restaurant was crowded; yet the service was effective.the range of dishes is wide and can appeal to most customers.
Tangkak beef noodles is apparently famous in Kluang. Wasnât very crowded at lunch on a Saturday probably because the service was fast. I ordered a medium bowl of mixed beef noodle soup. It was very unassuming and the broth tasted wonderful with no overwhelming beefy smell. The mixed cut was tender although I had an offal piece which tasted too strong for my liking. Otherwise it was delicious. Worth the price at RM9.50 (gave RM10 with no change back?!?!). This place is located near Kluang Mall. Easy to find, just ask any locals and they are happy to direct you.

Rice noodles were soft yet firm enough. The sauce very flavourful and the beef was tender. We ordered dry noodles. The soup that came with the noodles was tasty. The small portion is rather small. I would suggest at least medium or even large. Do check their opening times. They close mid-afternoon for a break.

star coffee house & restaurant sdn bhd, since 1979 sounds like a cafe, but nowadays was an Authentic chinese cuisine, we serve around 180 pax for lunch and dinner, we have few signature dish, which is crispy duck, cod fish and most of the home made dish.
Basically one of the favourite place to visit when it comes to Chinese food. Very small place though, so best to make reservations prior. Recommend the duck (crsipy!), chicken (nice!) & their cold dish. 11 pax and spent around S$160. Not bad.
