This place does both regular family style Chinese and Hibachi. The Chinese fare is fairly standard - noodles and meats/veggies and so forth, but the dishes are both tasty and inexpensive. I also liked that they started you out with pots of hot tea (if you wanted it) and didn't charge for it. Our waiter was a little over-bearing, insisting (probably rightfully so) that we hurry to eat our Moo Shu crepes while they were still hot. But still, it was a good dinner. Also, they have parking behind the building, which was a big plus.

We arrived early on a Monday evening around 630-7. The place was empty. I haven't been here in like 12-15 years and still looks the same. Naturally we were seated immediately. The waitress took our order and within a half hour the place filled up. It was nice to see the place fill up cause it was sad when it was empty. We enjoyed our dinner. It seemed like people were ordering the Pu Pu Platter which looked wonderful. We had shrimp egg rolls which were actually nothing special. I would definitely come back. Enjoy

Caribbean Chinese Indian Restaurant..I started going to the Nest in 2005 and stopped because the service and quality started to drop. My friends brought me back in 2009 and ever since than I was hooked. I was made to understand they change ownership in 2009 and the food has gotten 100% better. Portion size is a great value, I always walk out feeling stuffed. They have improved the Bar. Now you could watch all sporting events, not just cricket on multiple TV. There is also live entertainment on the weekends. When you go there you have to try the 3 tier Shrimp platter (Shrimp Sambala) as well as some of the new creation the owner always try to promote. I think the Nest is one of the top Caribbean Restaurant in Queens and well worth a visit.
