Ipswich (/ˈɪpswɪtʃ/ ( listen)) is the county town of Suffolk, England, located on the estuary of the River Orwell, about 60 miles (97 km) north east of London. The town has been continuously occupied since the Saxon period, and its port has been one of England's most important for the whole of its history.

The majority of Chinese food on offer here is very good. For some reason though their fried rice just isn't their best offering. Fried rice just should be good at a Chinese restaurant. What also lets them down is their entranceâit is too small to double as a take-away location and reception area for people choosing to dine in. Unfortunately this always make the dining experience seem rushed and awkward.

Had dinner there on Saturday night, great food. We booked a table and ate inside. Not a lot of room but enough. Small but clean with great food. Easy parking. Has a lot of take away customers. Some tables outside for dining. Limited inside. Plain but pleasantarea.

Very popular Chinese restaurant. On positive, as usual canât fault food. Very nice and tasty, lots of variety. No complaints from folk at our table. Restaurant is good value too, not overpriced. On other side of equation, service is slow, meals took a long time to take our order, and long time to come to table, and not altogether, as some folk had to wait. Drink service was also slow. If you had cash you could receive drink straight away, if card, you had to wait till staff had time to come to table to take orders. This restaurant has been in area for many years, and has not changed much in this time. It has always had good food and slow service, but people keep flocking to it.

Recently dined at Golden House (for the second time). As we were a group of five, we ordered one of the banquets. It included favourites such as mixed entrees, chicken and sweetcorn soup, san choi bow, sizzling beef, and curries. The food was delicious and plentiful. The only minor comment I would make is that the dishes were brought out too quickly. We would have liked to sit a little longer between courses. Otherwise, it is a âcheap and cheerfulâ restaurant serving fresh flavoursome Asian delights.

We go to Rin's regularly. The food is spot on, always tastes amazing. The service is quick and friendly. We have never had a bad meal here. It is consistently great. Our favourite dishes are the crispy wontons and chicken satay skewers.
This place is not much to look at but dont let appearances fool you .. the food is always fresh and great. The servings are huge and its well priced. I recommend the pad thai and the wonton soup

4 of us had dinner here based on previous reviews. Firstly one Couple wanted the banquet. This could not be done as the kitchen could not cope with this order !!! Then the 4 waitresses decided it was ok to talk about us even when we could see them laughing and gossiping about us. We ordered and then as we were not sure the waitress was listening asked to check order. When starters arrived one was missing. We asked about it and she said sorry we would not be charged for missing entree !! That was Nice of them !!!!Mains arrived nothing to get excited about. All meals were over cooked esp the duck. We asked for coffee. They only have pre made coffee with milk and sugar !!!!! I would not recommend this place and will never return
