Bing Xiang Li manages to make refined Chinese food that is both authentic in taste and experimental/innovative in ingredients. It incorporates Japanese ingredients into some of its creations, the flavor and feel of which remain Chinese even though they might not be found in China. It also does the regular dim sum, etc. very, very well.

Freshly made, good quality gyozas with a variety of fillings. Lunch sets are well-priced. Its popular so make sure you arrive in time. I will visit again certainly. They also have a service of sending their signature gyoza as a present to someone, or you can take home a box and prepare it at home anytime.

浜松市の繁華街の一角の路面店です。浜松市の中華そばの老舗です。ラーメンではなく中華そばという呼び名が似合う一品で一杯税込み500円もお得です。スープも出汁がよくおいしくいただけます。

場所的には辺鄙な場所にある「むつ菊」。人気店の中では予約が出来るということで、浜松餃子の食べ比べをしよう、と予約して行きました。行った日は予約で満席、という案内。カウンター席が７，８席で奥には座敷が１部屋あるだけで小さいお店なので、すぐに満席になります。メニューは餃子と味噌焼きホルモンのみ。しかも味噌焼きホルモンは週末、祝日はしていませんので、餃子のみになります。こちらの餃子はしっかりと焼かれていて、パリッとした皮にお肉多めの餃子でした。自家製ダレ？のラー油をつけて食べるのがお勧めです。行く際には早めの予約をしたほうがいいと思います。

古くから、地元の浜松市民に愛されている餃子の老舗。ドライブスルーがあって、テイクアウトする時もあります。観光ガイドには載っていないけど、なかなかの味。浜松に住むようになって、よく言われたのは、いろいろ有名な餃子のお店もあるみたいだけど、「一度、砂子の餃子食べてみな！」とよく言われたお店。営業終了時間は、餃子がなくなったらおしまい！のお店。

平日の20時に訪問。店内にお客さんはそれなりにいらっしゃいましたが、すぐに着席できました。海老入り餃子の小（6個）と、普通の餃子の小（10個）を注文。ライスは中にしました。餃子は、皮が箸で簡単に切れる位の柔らかさ。食べやすかったです。なお、禁煙となっていました。ごちそうさまでした。

Located in the 7 floor of May one department store connected to Hamamatsu station, the best solution to taste Hamamatsu gyoza with perfect draft beer. Tsukemen was also excellent.

浜松駅にあるので便利です。お客さんは旅行者8割、地元民2割でしょうか。浜松餃子の特徴は餃子の下にもやしがあるのが特徴だとか、こちらの餃子ももちろんもやしがあります。ホームページにはもやしの元祖は石松だと説明してます。私が選んだのは焼き焼き定食。石松餃子と肉餃子の2種類の餃子の定食です。石松はキャベツが多めであっさりでした。反対に肉餃子は文字通りで、重いのと軽いのでバランス取れて良いです。おいしかったです。が、もう一度食べたい！と思ったかと言うとそこまでのインパクトはありませんでした。
