P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum
I really did, but it was just dreadful. I ordered the Ma Po Tofu over white rice. I had to send it back because the dish came smothered in scallions which were not set forth in the dishâs description on the menu. Back it went while my rice grew increasingly cold. The âcrispy silken tofuâ was deep-fried. Again, this should be disclosed on the menu. It was tasteless and overdone. The broccoli was tasteless and underdone. Whenever you are in a restaurant and the waiter comes over and introduces himself by name, get up and leave. There is no good reason to know your waiterâs name. And such unnecessary familiarity is a sure sign that the food will be awful. It was.

The relative lack of spicy peppers in Shanghai cuisine has left it relegated with "ordinary" Chinese foods in some people's minds, I think. This place dispels that notion. It's always a good sign to walk into an ethnic restaurant and find it full of people of the same ethnicity. On our early December visit, most tables were filled with Chinese happily chatting and chowing down on the excellent food. Our party of three joined the fun, chowing down ourselves on food prepared with obvious care, a light touch with oils and spices, and extremely fresh materials. We shared pork leek dumplings, steamed and then pan-fried with just the right amount of toothy "crunch". Fresh cucumber with garlic was just that, chilled and bright with aromatic garlic. Beef with orange sauce tasted not only of good beef, but also of concentrated orange flavor and aroma. Beef with string beans offered a solid take on this very traditional dish, with a lighter sauce than I've experienced elsewhere. The garlic lamb was redolent of well-cooked garlic, with a pronounced "lamby" flavor that is often lost in long-simmered dishes. We loved our meals and would return.

We were literally passing through, stopped at Empire Wines, what a great place, needed to eat lunch, check the web, gambled and tried this place, wow, were we super happy! the food was very authentic, well priced, fantastic, quick service, very nice people working there, bummer we don't live closer, we would eat there all the time! The Dim Sum was great, give this place a try, you won't regret it.

While Best Cook is a fairly typical chinese restaurant, it is slightly better than many. The service is quick and dependable. This restaurant serves vegetables cooked perfectly and will separate the sauce and steam vegetables for those who do not eat fried food. The ingredients are good with shrimp that do not fall to mush, nice white chicken and fresh vegetables.Their vegetable egg rolls are very good. (Many places do not carry them.) My husband enjoys the hot and sour soup and various chicken dishes. It is clean inside with a few tables to sit at and the counterside staff are very pleasant.
Where to eat Steakhouse food in Guilderland: The Best Restaurants and Bars
This modest little Chinese eat-in or take-out place is a little hard to find, located as it is in a strip mall, but it's definitely worth your trouble to search it out. Most all the dishes on the menu are what one might expect, and the prices are consistent with this type of venue, but one thing stands out to me: the quality of the food and the cooking. Having tried many of these Chinese food restaurants, I can say that this is the best in the area. I especially enjoy the steamed dumplings, the crab rangoon, and the pork with garlic sauce. My main problem with this menu is deciding whether to try something new, or stick with my usual choices, knowing that either way, I will not be disappointed.

Our restaurant is a combination of Sushi, Asian food, Japanese food, Hibachi, and many more other food. We are located at 2050 Western Ave ( Star Plaza) Guilderland, NY 12084.
Ordered $60 worth of takeout. Menu needs more actual pictures of the rolls. None ordered wowed me despite different names and ingredients from other local sushi spots. Mango shrimp was very over fried. Family liked the rice chicken and brocolli but it didn't look like anything unique to me, nice that they had liquor license. Would possible go back to try it again given the bar. Kari salad had more ice berg lettuce than anything else and disputed a pile of coupons sitting at the register, they wouldn't let me use a $5 coupon unless I came back again. Was hoping for a wow experience given so close to home but doesn't come close to the quality of food and service of sushi Tei right down the street
