Things to do in Fairfield
This restaurant serves dim sum/brunch on weekends & holidays. The dim sum selection is limited; however, they have other noodle dishes which are great too. We enjoyed their dim sum style there, especicaly the leek box, shanghai pork buns (or with crabmeat), beancurd wraps, hot soybean drink with cruler, and beef noodle soup. The price is very reasonable and the food is great. While they don't have as many a selection on dim sum compared to other restaurants, the varieties they have on the menu provide a good selection to choose from.Would definitely go again and recommend this place to others.

We do not have a PF Changâs where we live and when we travel we try to go.Food is excellent, new place, very clean looking, great atmosphere. Couple of things different however, is we noticed the portions although excellent, are smaller and a bit more expensive which decreases my opinion on value.
Great take-out place at terrific prices. Always fresh vegetables and huge shrimp!! Best dish is Sesame shrimp.
To drive by this new chinese restaurant would be a mistake. There is an extensive menu that features Shanghai cuisine, and it is authentic, so the sauces are on the sweeter side. We began with the Minced Chicken w/garlic sauce appetizer. The chicken was plentiful and mildly spicy and it was topped with pine nuts, which added great flavor and a nice crunch. For the main course, we tried the Bone In Chicken with a slightly sweet thick soy sauce. We also had the Shrimp Duet, which was beautifully presented (this is NOT your typical Chinese-American fare). On one side of the dish, the shrimp were covered in a bright orange sauce (made from fresh sqeezed OJ) and topped with a glazed walnut. The flavors were heavenly. The shrimp on the other side of the dish were equally good, though completely different in taste, as they were tossed in a red, mildly spicy sauce that had a sweet finish. Service was friendly and attentive. FU Resaurant is definitely worth a visit!

This place was quite a find. In a strip mall, hidden away. I now eat here once a month to get my Asian food fix. I have tried many Chinese dishes and also sushi. All are great! The service is really good and the prices are reasonable.

I came here tonight for dinner with our cousin who raved about the dumplings...she was totally spot on! Besides the outstanding dumplings, we ordered chicken chow fun & cashew chicken which came out of the kitchen at lightening fast speed considering the place was absolutely slammed for a Saturday evening. (We had to wait 25 minutes-it was worth it!) Then the steamed dumplings came...hot & savory-simply delightful!! Considering they were so busy, service was stellar! I can see why everyone loves this place!!Sid, thank you for kind words and compliments - they are always welcomed as are all the feedback customers give us. Hope to see you soon!
