I never expect much from Chinese restaurants, there are so many mediocre and even bad ones. Chopstixx is not gourmet Chinese but it is a grade above many. I ordered Eggplant with tofu, and they cheerfully accommodated ny request for no garlic and steamed tofu, even checking with the kitchen to be sure. Order at the counter and a decidedly ""take out" atmosphere, but hey, I left satisfied.

Pretty typical Chinese carry out that has some tables and a wait staff. The menu has a few Thai, Japanese and Sushi items as well, I do appreciate the variety. Nothing is outstanding or bad, certainly better than the other local choices. Very quick delivery service.

We often get carry out from here. There are 2 tables so I suppose you could sit down and eat after getting your food but we live close so always do carry out. All of the soups are excellent, I love the pork egg rolls - think they are among the best I've had. Any of the entrees we have tried from various chicken or tofu entrees have been very good. Prices reasonable as well.

Great food! Nice Staff. They don't waste space in their dishes with fillers like water chestnuts and unlike many Chinese carryouts, they use real sweet Hoisin sauce as opposed to bland sauces too many others use. It's the only Chinese we eat in Columbia/Elkridge. Bypass the expensive sit down joints and try this place.

Probably more like 3.5 stars. While other places we like better this is good for a quick Chinese food fix. All soups particularly Hot and Sour are good. Egg rolls are ok, bit greasy at times. The ones at Great Wall are much better. Fried rice is good as is the pepper steak entree,
