New Chinese Restaurant that had extremely flavorful Chinese food. Not the normal run of the mill Chinese restaurant
Everything we had was cooked to perfection, hot and delicious. Rice was fresh and tender. The staff graciously accommodated my allergies and food sensitivities. This is WAY BETTER than the Chinese buffet in town. Don't waste your time there. My husband's rice was a garish neon yellow. Our chicken was overcooked. Sigh.

I live close by this restaurant, so I have visited it several times over the past few years. Service has never been very good. You are seated and drinks are brought quickly, but that's where it stops. It is almost impossible to get your drinks refilled. The food was pretty good for a while, but has been progressively worse. This last visit was was probably our last. The food was not good at all. I was surprised that the waitress actually came over to refill my sons cup- although she pulled it out of his hand while he had the straw in his mouth drinking it. After we finished our meals our children got ice cream (tastes like ice milk) cones for dessert. The waitress came and took the empty plates which was ok, but then started wiping at the table and saying thank you. The first time I just said thank you, too. Then, not even a minute later, she came back and did it again. I told her we were almost finished. The same waitress came back about a minute later for the third time and started wiping the table again saying thank you, and then started taking all our cups away and stuck her fingers in them, even though it was VERY clear they were still using them. Now, mind you, we had each only had one plate of food and then the ice cream, which I did not even have that, and there were only four of us there. Also, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, so most of the tables were empty. It's not like we were sitting there for a long time and eating a lot or keeping people waiting. This is clear to me that they did not want us there, which means they must not want our business, and therefore we will not be spending any more of our money in there. Because of this terrible rudeness we would not go there again even if the food was good.
It was just before 5 pm (dinner time) on a Sunday and not too busy when we arrived. The place was an absolute mess. There was practically no food ready and what was ready looked very dated. Every table was dirty, trash cans overflowing, and there was no toilet paper in the uncleaned bathrooms. The staff acted like it was not a problem; the female worker at the counter who greeted us said they weren't busy today and don't cook much on slow days. She said the cooks are great and will prepare some more food; so we waited to place our order and were given free drinks from the fountain. We used Lysol wipes from our car to clean our own table. Lots more customers came in while we were waiting (and through the drive thru), most did not eat in. Not sure what food they were able to get, the staff only re-filled a couple of the selections and those emptied fast. "Not supposed" to have wait as long as we did and the pots were still bare, so we ended up not being able to order what we wanted. It was a very bad visit and unlike what's usually received from other "Panda Express" locations. Left this location feeling disappointed and the overall experience was quite unsatisfactory.
