Love this place. The food is always constantly good. Drinks are at happy hour prices and with a full bar that is nice. Had Mongolian beef and a pork dish that I forget the name. both were good. We also enjoy the appetizer platter that comes out with a fire pot. Really good!! The hot and sour soup is perfect on a cold night.

My family had been spoiled by Chinese food in San Francisco's Chinatown for many years before we moved to Corona, then we tried Hong Kong. Most every Chinese restaurant spends their time finding the cheapest ingredients to save money, but it is very evident that is NOT the case here. We regularly have soups, ribs, egg foo young, to the dinner items. Everything is amazing in taste as well as presentation. The quantity is also as good as the quality, if you get an order "to go", the little boxes are stuffed full! My favorite is Kung Pao, and their version is definitely the best out there. If you want a change in the ingredients, they will custom make whatever you like.

Sapporo Seafood Buffet is an all you can eat Asian style seafood buffet that also serves Chinese menu favorites. We have fresh sushi and sashimi. Bring your family and enjoy our comfortable eating atmosphere. No reservations required.
It's been awhile since we came here because the service was usually less than acceptable. But they always had many fresh seafood choices and that's what we wanted...and didn't get this time. The service was much, much improved. The seafood wasn't even close to fresh. Frozen to the point of bad taste and tough to chew. You couldn't find a single shrimp in the chilled tray that didn't have black spots and dark tails. I appreciate the uptick in service (5 stars), hence 3 stars overall, but most discriminating diners would think that's too generous for the bad seafood.
Tried shanghai dumplings, pork dumplings and wonton soup. Yuck! Wrappers are too thick on all of them, making them too gummy and chewy. Shanghai dumplings aka soup dumplings had no broth and the folds were so dry they were inedible. Pan fried dumplings were fried too hard and wrappers were too dry to eat. Soup broth was bland and wrappers made it worse but seaweed was an interesting addition. So disappointed. Another Chinese family agreed and said to stay away from dumplings but other items are authentic but not popular to to non-asian palate. Hate to drive to Monterey Park but dim sum is sooo much better there.
