Having had an excellent meal in the restaurant recently we decided to try their takeaway facility.We were not disappointed. Although some 25 minutes away by road the food arrived hot and proved delicious. The menu is the same as in the restaurant however the prices a bit lless.

Lovely food, very tasty and worth the money. Great choice of dishes too. We bought our leftovers home and just as yummy warmed up (or cold) :)

We ordered our food from a pleasant girl then went across the road to a pub which felt like an 1980s working menâs club. 15 minutes later we picked up our order and whizzed home. The food was excellent, I mean...exceptional. Best weâve had in the area, for sure, but then again, we havenât visited every Chinese takeaway.

I have not been here for a while Walking everything looked the same A new counter assistant Order placed As always the Lucky House was steady It did take a little longer than expected however it was fresh and hot Mixed reviews on the food my wife enjoyed it I thought it was OK I will not be going back to soon It is good value

We have been coming here for years and are very rarely disappointed. Only on the rare occasion has one of the dishes ie the shredded chilli beef, not been up to its usually high standard, obviously having been prepared on that occasion by a different chef. However, this is isn't enough to make us go elsewhere, because the food is beautiful and the service very efficient, therefore making it worthwhile travelling across town for, because we haven't found any other local Chinese takeaway that provides the same quality, flavour and service as Mr Chois.It's a shame somebody decided not to visit this establishment again simply because of somebody else's screaming kids - surely that was the parents' problem, not the takeaway? Your loss I'm afraid.

A first visit to a recommended restaurant. This is a pleasant (if slightly dark) restaurant. The waiter and waitress are attentive and the food which is not really fusion food (ie a mixture of different cultures on one plate) but many distinctly different meals from different cultures is excellent.I am here on business and I think this will become a regular haunt.Hi, thank you for your highly comments! The Ya Hao isn't the most wonderful looking restaurant from the outside and, indeed, the inside is a little bit tatty too but the staff are great and the food is fantastic!We received a really warm welcome from the waiting staff and were shown to our table. The staff throughout our visit were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel valued and very welcome. The quality of the delicious hot food is excellent. Very large portions of excellent, freshly prepared food. Very good value for money. It really proves that you can't judge a book by its cover. We will make a point of returning when we are next in the area.
