I'd love to give this place four stars because it's one of our few local restaurants, but it's honestly not that good. Not that it tastes bad, but the food rated spicy is still mild. Anything with shrimp has tiny shrimp, not large or even medium. Portions are fine, but the proportion between noodles and protein is off. We mostly get take-out here and the on-line ordering is great.

There is little to get excited about in most Chinese buffets and Garden Buffet does nothing to change that model. It is standard Americanized Chinese influenced fare sitting on steam tables.If you go at the busy times, the food is reasonably fresh but avoid off hours--which is to be expected. The selection is broad and there is something there for even those who are not fans of Chinese food.

This IS the best Chinese take out in the area, we get food here regularly. Food is ready quickly, service is polite,prices reasonable. This is strictly a take out place, no seating available. We love their Won-ton soup, Hot and Sour soup and Egg Fu Young!

We've been ordering Chinese take out from China Moon for over two years now since we moved to the Valley. The kitchen appears clean; always dependable -- preparation, flavors, and timing has been consistent. If they tell you 15-20 minutes, estimate time is accurate. Had a craving for Sushi. Found this place in my Garmin listing. While we enjoyed the cleanliness, it not a very "warm" atmosphere despite being adorned with colorful decorations. Having eaten Sushi most of my life, I can say on a scale of 1-10, the food was a 4.5. If you're in a pinch for Sushi, okay. But, otherwise, pass it up.
