After a disastrous attempt to dine at another local Chinese restaurantwe rang quite late,but were able to get a table for 6 on a Saturday night . We arrived very "hangry" and were delighted to get some prawn crackers as soon as we were seated. We selected a banquet and the dishes quickly started arriving... lovely chicken and sweet corn soup, a beautiful crispy prawn spring roll, very tasty lettuce delight and then the mains. A great combination birdsnest, a very tender beef dish and the highlight a delicious spicy crispy chicken. Top this off with desserts,Chinese tea and a fortune cookie.Six very happy and full customers who have found a new favourite local Chinese restaurant.

On Saturday 29th July I was there with 7 other friends. We all had been here before and always had enjoyed dining here BUT !!!!! last Saturday night we had the worse service ever. It started wnem we arrived. 4 of us arrived together, that was ok we were giving prawn crackers glasses for our drinks and water. Then our friends arrived. Left for 10 minutes no glasses no service.One of the gentlemen in our group went and asked for glasses. Orders were taken. Entrees/ soup arrived for 6 of the group. 5 minutes went by the other 2 hadn't arrived asked staff to bring them out. Another 10 minutes passed asked the young guy where were the missing entrees answer was "Coming coming" another 5 minutes passed asked one of the young female staff where the missing entrees where, she went to check . This young lady came back all apologetic and brought them out. Main meals came out slowly in gain some and then the others. When the bill was paid it was bought up with the young guy about the shocking service. HE COULDN'T CARE LESS.Sorry Jade Princess it will be awhile before any of us return. And yes we will be telling our friends

Arrived at restaurant earlier than expected which was not a problem, there was a large group and one other couple already there. I ordered a drink which came in good time and some water followed, three more tables of customers were seated. After about 20 minutes the waiter came and asked if we were ready to order, âwe sure areâ I responded, with that he replied give me a minute, he then went to another table and asked if they were ready to order then another to clear the table. It took between five and ten minutes for him to finally return. We placed our order and waited and waited and waited.. in the finish my husband went up and paid for the beer and cancelled our order. Apparently they were short one chef, but my husband on seeing the state of the area behind the counter commented that that was another reason never to return.
