Once we arrived on the island and checked into the hotel we walked up the road along the ocean to grab a late lunch and found PEA. I had the shrimp and tuna crevice and it was absolutely fantastic. It came with some local purple and yellow sweet potatoes. It was a HUGE portion of seafood. They were probably the most flavorful potatoes I have ever had. My husband wanted ribs but they were not available so he had a steak topped with shrimp and fries. I had their special PEA cocktail which was like a Pina Colada but probably with pisco. My husband had a local draft beer, or two. We had a late âStargazingâ Tour and it was such a big meal we didnât want nor need dinner. We snacked a little and it was plenty. The terrace also had a fantastic ocean view! Lunch with drinks was $71.

Restaurant La Kaleta is located in Hango Roa at the harbour. The restaurant provides a great view of the sea. Furnishings and decoration provide a no-nonsense atmosphere. Service is adequate. The restaurant offers seafood & fish of fresh local quality and Chilean wines & beers. We came on a weekday and the restaurant was quiet. We went for a fish-soup and a tuna steak. The food was well presented and the fish-soup as tasty and the tuna of good quality.Restaurant La Kaleta is a good place for anyone who wants a good fish dish. Recommended.

Family-run traditional restaurant with great location. Close to the main center on Easter Island (Rapa Nui)and with balcony seating overlooking the ocean. Serving a range of delicious local specialities, including seasonal fresh fish, steak and lobster. L
Ate lunch here while our flight to Chile was delayed. The staff at the restaurant coped admirably with a planeload of passengers descending on them at lunchtime. Delicious food beautifully presented all while sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. Best airport waiting room I have ever been in. Our travelling companions said they had eaten there the night before and the food was excellent then too.

They have an indoor area and a terrace both with nice sea views. Friendly staff who know English. There are daily specials and Sundayâs was a pastel de choclo with a lot of beef mince and chicken under the corn - tasty and large, especially with salad and bread. At 7,500, it was the cheapest full meal I had on the island. They have cold local beers and great juices. The $3,000 empanadas that went past also looked huge.

This restaurant is located next to the airport and it has amazing views of the Ocean. Not only the views are great, but also the food is super tasty. We recommend the ceviche Raoa nui, carpaccio and Encrustado. The service is very good too. . The fact of the restaurant not being centrally located in Hanga roa should not be a problem to taste their delicious dishes :)))))

Had fish and chips and a very strong pisco sour! Chips were good - fish less so. Rather tasteless. They have quite noisy patrons here so itâs lively. Efficient service but fairly basic decor and tables with a sea view. Not special but ok.

Te Moana is a full-service restaurant that offers Polynesian cuisine of the highest quality and hospitality characteristic of the area in a sophisticated atmosphere .
We literally just walked into this place after going for an evening stroll at sunset and were pleased to be seated immediately before the sun had gone down completely. Surprisingly, this was the only restaurant where we encountered other Yanks on Easter Island. The restaurant was more full than any of the others we'd eaten at on Easter Island and service lagged a bit because of that (I think they might have been understaffed that night). Didn't really matter what with the sunset and all. The steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly and were very generous in size, making the place a fair value for the diner. Wine was inexpensive (as it is everywhere in Chile) and tasty.

First night on the island, we were recommended here. After traveling for the last 4 months, we wanted some "comfort food" to ordered a pizza. BEST PIZZA we have had in years! Better than anything back home!Went back and ordered several seafood meals (over two visits). While we were not all that keen on the "fried fish," the "mar y tierra" was absolutely fantastic.

Casa Esquina Isla de Pascua, located in front of the church, and ten years of experience delighting palates with more daring and Polynesians gourmet flavors proposal fused with world food. Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Directed to the family and happy
This is actually a pizza place, but they make huge empanadas using the pizza dough. We had a chicken and tuna empanadas. Both had lots of filling. The restaurant was a counter under a roof with a covered seating area. It isn't fancy, but the food was good and filling. There are no street signs, so just follow the directions to the church. It is across the street from the church.

We enjoyed a very nice meal on the amazing Easter Island, at Makona. Iâd been in email communication with Alejandra for a couple of months to reserve a table for my partnerâs birthday. The meal was delicious; the beers were too and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere as we shared the company of other holiday makers there too. A special birthday dessert was given to us which was a nice touch. Would well recommend the restaurant and its lovely staff.
