I came back again to San Martino for holidays, and also this time I'm gone to this fantastic Restaurant where I've aeten fried apple with pecorino cheese and honey, fantastic combination, cheeses with fruit mustards, ravioli with purple patatoes with cod sauce and fresh mozzarella. Drinking a good beer from a local brewery. What to say more, very very warm the hospatality , were the clients are wellcome. They speak many languages and you can understand what you eat cos the menu are wrote in 3 languages.If you arethere, try it....

Cantina aperta durante il periodo delle giornate della castagna e precisamente gli ultimi 3 weekend di ottobre! Mangiare in queste cantine ha un fascino particolare.Menù fisso con specialità tipiche Canepinesi.Maccaroni (fieno Canepinese) eccellente.Da segnalare secondo di carne a base di castagna!

Bellissimo posto che apre per eventi , io stata alla notte delle candele di vallerano ma apre per eventi specifici. Un posto suggestiva e poi la gentilezza veramente tutti ecccezionali questi dell'associazione amici della castagna che si tiene ad ottobre a vallerano

After a stroll through the Monster park of Bomarzo we had lunch at this place. The place might look simple but the food is very tasteful homemade-style-food-made-with-passion and very pleasant service for an acceptable price.Glad we were pursuaded to go for a dolce at the end. Tris ( three pieces of cake) and an espresso was a perfect end to this lunch.

This unpretentious, family-run trattoria specialises in locally sourced food, served unfussily with respect for the quality of the ingredients. Much of it is the characteristic cucina of the Lazio hill country â hearty pasta and meat dishes, incomparable salumi â but there is also fresh fish from the lake. The wine is good and inexpensive, and the atmosphere relaxed. The husband-and-wife team who run it are genuine and friendly. There was absolutely nothing fancy about the lunch we had here but it was one of the standout meals of our year.

6 of us went by chance and had an excellent(though not cheap) meal. The very efficient waitress helped us with the untranslated menu. Well cooked and interesting food and local wine which got better as we drank it! The chef owner came out and chatted-obviously trying to build up business. Friendly and welcoming

Interesting little cafe, specialising in air dried cured meats. Plenty of choice and inexpensive.Lovely waitresses who spoke English to help me when my Italian faltered.This is the small sharing platter.Do not miss the place if you're in Viterbo.

This is a small restaurant that offers a limited number of freshly prepared local dishes. It is equally popular with locals as with guests from further away. Make a reservation! Despite off season, I saw many people turned away while I was enjoing my Tagliere and Funghi porcini with scamorza cheese!

After coming down from Orsini Castle, we stumbled into this trattoria. The decor is light, airy and welcoming. The service (despite the lack of English) was warm and prompt! What really shines are the pasta dishes, of which all are homemade and accompanied with scrumptious sauces. Would recommend to anyone dining in this sleepy Italian village!
