Had lunch here twice during a recent visit to Montecatini. I had read travel advice sites recommending the cinghiale (wild boar) while in this region. I was happy to find it served with pappardelle at this restaurant but it was just mediocre. Very tiny pieces of the meat in a basic sauce. Service was excellent. We returned a second time and lasagne was very good, service excellent again. The town is a beautiful place to visit, and Caffe Giusti is a good lunch stop.

16 of us ate here on 2 tables of 8. We all enjoyed fabulous rood at reasonable prices.The staff were great & the atmosphere wonderful. The House Wine went down rather well, especially at 9 euros a litre! A brilliant evening enjoyed by everyone!

Food is OK. Menu offers italian classics. The staff are pleasant and some of them speak English. The desserts are spectacular.They however charge for tap water so be careful and they have a cover charge for each person no matter what you order.They are also far too quick to clear tables.We ordered a beer and slushies then stood up to take a picture and turned around to find our drinks gone.Tourist restaurant with tourist prices.Good morningPerhaps you are also right. The problem is that you have the wrong place and location.You didn't come to us.Greetings

We went up to the old town later in our holiday and walked straight into this restaurant. The staff were really helpful and cheerful. The food we had varied from Ravioli, Tortellini and I had the Frittura Di Mere. Everyone around the table (4 adults) said their dish was well cooked and tasty. My dish was not only cooked well but there was a hell of a lot of it. If you order this make sure you have an empty stomach because it is very filling.

Visited twice whilst staying near Monsummano Terme. Obviously popular and busy with locals which speaks volumes. Two courses 30 euros for water, house wine, starter and fiorentina style steak. In line with the rest of the ambience the staff were informal and pleasant. It's not fine dining but if it's quality together with value you're looking for, give it a go.

We had the most incredible meal and experienced the greatest hospitality. Nestled in the countryside, this little gem is in a small villa. The food and wine were incredible. This is a family owned restaurant that is worth the small trip outside of Florence. The owner's wife Teresa was our host and she and her husband were amazing. In this Trattoria you can really taste the traditional Toscanian food!I had an amazing "trippa alla fiorentina", one of the best I ever ate, beans and a nice "tagliata with porcini".I really recommend Trattoria Le Prunecce to everyone willing to eat real local food at a standard price.The only downsides are the distance from Montecatini (more or less 5 km) and the inside temperature which could be a little cold.vi ringrazio per la bellissima recensione e saremo felici di riavervi presto nostri ospiti cerchiamo sempre di soddisfare la nostra clientela con piatti di prima qualità dedicati a loro saluti Riccardo e Giulia

We were staying at the campsite just down the road. We ate at the restaurant at the campsite the first night, which was fine, then we saw this place just a short walk up the road. Better food, lower prices, say no more. Good choice on the menu, service is good and the food is very good. We found it best to book, as it was busy in the evenings we were there.

Good, high-quality fresh food with creative appetizers. There isn't much variety on the menu (it's Steak or Steak), but it's excellently presented and well-priced. Would recommend to all those who enjoy a good steak.

Sono stata con la mia famiglia a cena e abbiamo ordinato del buon cibo toscano le portate erano abbondanti e molto buone al sapore e gusto, personale molto gentile e educato sempre con il sorriso,la signora che ci ha accolto penso che sia la proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile nel accontentare ogni nostra richiesta complimenti posto unico e billissimo nel suo contorno e soprattutto panorama indimenticabile da ritornarci di sicuro
