Small cafe/restaurant a stroll from Wasserwelt in Wagrain . Family owned with rooms available . Not an extensive menu but the food is good and nicely presented . Only has about 12 tables so booking a day ahead as you're passing is recommended as it does get very busy with the ski-crowd in the early evening .Selection of koteletts ( chops) with a variety of sauces available served with chips or potatoes Burger, spaghetti bolognaise and various pizzas plus a child's menu available Inhouse patisserie and various ice creams available Koteletts = â¬14Other main courses between â¬9-20With drinks (2 beers 2 soft drink ) and a main course each and a shared dessert , a family of 4 could eat for around â¬80 We like it as it's small family friendly dining , good food and friendly service
Although I've titled this fantastic hot chocolate with rum (which was fantastic ) it doesn't do the food justice which was absolutely amazing. ....I won't try and give the Austrian dishes names but everything that I and my friends had was brilliant

3rd visit to the Grafenwirt and for the 3rd time we had a fantastic time ... The owners, Evelyn and Hans are so great people, so proud of serving high quality food ... The set menu at only 34 euros is yet another wonder, including amuse bouche, stater and soup and a main dish and dessert ! The fish was absolutely fantastic, cooked to perfection and served with a delicious black risotto ! The wine list offers a very good choice of austrian and foreign wines ! Don't hesitate to try the tasty austrian wines ! If u want to spend a great time for lunch or dinner ... No hesitation ... Evelyn will welcome you in the restaurant and Hans in his kitchen ... At a very reasonnable price .. Grafenwirt is THE place to be ...

This alm is at the top og the Flachau. You can reach this by Startet 3 lift or by the cablecar from Wagrain. It has nice sitting area outside and inside and build in alm style with woods. It is normally crowded and sometimes you have to wait to get a table. The food here is good and the prices are resonable. Try the traditional austrian desserts, they are realy great. The service here is quick and good. We ate lunch here 3 times during our week stay in Flachau. Nice alm.

Our appartment is just across from this restaurant. Our first visit many years ago was out of convenience, after that we return every year. This is a family run restaurant and ajoining hotel. The restaurant is seperate from the dining area for guests. Menu has al sorts of traditional Austrian dishes and more local ones. Very nice and big choice for children. Our absolute favorite is the Chateaubriand which actually serves at least 3p. This year we made reservation for Christmas eve. The menu tradional but excellent and nice touch were the trumpet players, which played some Christmas carolls.

We ordered meat and vege burgers, burgers were average but the side dishes were great - crunchy fries, Coleslaw, small green salad. Although the waitress did not speak English well and the menu is only in German, we felt welcome with a lot of care about us and our wishes. Just train your German :)

I've got recommended from my father to visit Auhofalm during my vacation in Austria. And just as he told me, the place was super nice! Very nice environment, delicious food, service minded stuff, good price, and they accept credit card (not all restaurants in that area do that).

We had dinner 2 times at this restaurant and were surprised about the quality of the food. Service was very good and prices better than expected. unfortunately we had to leave town to go home 2 days after we found this restaurant, at the Flying Mozart base station
