We came for dinner to this freshly renovated restaurant in brewery style in the heart of Lana. Modern interior and good Bavarian kitchen and beer The place to be if you prefer Southern German lifestyle, especially during summer at the outside beergarten. All service personnel was very friendly and attentive. Food came in very large portions and tasted excellent. Is this a helpful review? Der Buschenschank âBittnerhofâ liegt inmitten von Obstwiesen; von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Weitblick. Der freundliche Wirt bietet saisonale Südtiroler Spezialitäten zu sehr fairen Preisen an, einen guten Wein und in der Saison auch Ãpfel vom Hof. FuÌr die Kinder gibt es viel Platz zum Spielen. Montag, Dienstag und Mittwoch ist der Bittnerhof geschlossen; da wird in der Landwirtschaft gearbeitet.

Well, who would not be impressed with the view from this great restaurant. Merano and its surrounding mountains seem to be at your feet. We eat on the sun kissed Terrence enjoying a lovely early autumn lunch.Our food was delicate and very tasty. I had the troffiette with mushrooms and cheese and my partner the pasta with veal ragout and truffles. The Apfestrudel desert with homemade vanilla ice cream was lovely too. Great wine selection by the glass. It is not a cheap eat, but it is well worth it.

Wonderful location, light and tasty dishes. Great olive oil and wines. Pasta delicious. The setting on the garden terrace is what we always like. The service is very qualified and the wines are served from nice glassware. Always back.

After a few hours of rock climbing nearby Lana my friend and i were hungry. We accidently stopped at this place and ordered a pizza that was made very thin (italian-style) in a stone-ovenService is also friendly and fast, can really recommend this place

I took my parents there for their 56th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very nice (I would avoid eating in the "stube"), very typical Tyrolean. The service was extraordinary and the food exceptional. I actually found it difficult to choose just one starter, one main course and one desert. The wine recommended was perfect and it was one of the more reasonably priced one. Book well in advance

We discovered this place on a small wine and culture trip. One of the members of our group comes here for years. And we discovered the execptionnal welcome of this very typical place of Alta Adige. We are in Italy and everybody speaks German. The quelity of the rooms and of the food is excellent . It is the place where you want to go to have an exceptional "souvenir".far from nowhere and in the center of everything. Stay if you can THree or four days it is even better.
