Cheap simple menu, mostly burgers and salads.Bar has a sweaty stench, lots of locals, dart games, very plain overall.

Visited the restaurant with a few friends, early afternoon, who told us they have really nice tapas. Only to find out tapas is available only after 6. The place itself looks nice and modern, and has many seating options for small and larger groups equally. We picked other choices from the menu, which didn't provide too many options unfortunately. The steak tartare was really nice, and probably the best pick, even though the small option was really a bit too small. We also had a salmon and mushroom gnocchi, but these were just average. The staff was trying their best, but at times felt like they can't keep up (had to ask for extra coffee 3 times).If we visit Deggendorf again, might come back to try the tapas specifically, but other wise there are probably other places with more value for money.

Wir waren im Anschluà unserer Wanderung durch das Isarmündungsgebiet hier im gemütlichen, gepflegten Biergarten und waren sehr zufrieden. Hier war es nicht so überfüllt wie im benachbarten Biergarten. Der Wirt bediente uns schnell und sehr freundlich. Die bestellten Apfelküchlein mit Eis und Sahne waren der Hammer! Der Preis von 4,90⬠unschlagbar! Die Gaststube wirkt gemütlich und ist mit älterem, doch zum Gebäude passendem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Die Toiletten sind neu renoviert, sauber und schön. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist gleichzeitig gegenüber. Vielen Dank!

Mamamia da Max ist nicht nur in Deggendorf ein Geheimtipp! Lecker, lustig und typisch italienisch ist Mamamia da Max immer einen "Isse Lecca" voraus.

A lovely Italian restaurant situated about 5-6 minutes walk from the main square. Decent menu, friendly service and a reasonable wine list. We have starters and mains and both were good quality. Prices were about on par with other similar restaurants we looked at during our visit. After a long trip MamaMia hit the spot!Thankyou

We had an enjoyable and leisurely meal of Bavarian food in the outdoor courtyard area at the back.There are a variety of seating options inside, at the front and in the courtyard. The food was excellent, with an extensive menu (menus are avalable in English), an excellent wine list of German wines and, of course, beer.

This was our second visit to this restaurant at the historic town square in Deggendorf. In summer there is a large terrace at the town square and on a Saturday the farmer's market was just opposite complete with a cultural performance. Service is polite, fast and professional. We had the Duett of Donauwaller & Salmon and the Gnocchi with Mushrooms and parmesan. The portions were generous and the food was very tasty. Highly recommended restaurant in Deggendorf for all occasions.
