Vorab: Die Mühle öffnet nur noch für Feiern und Firmenveranstaltungen.Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeit mit rund 100 Gästen gefeiert. Die Location ist ein Traum mit beiden Stockwerken. Das Essen, welches der Chef persönlich zaubert, ist einfach super und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und qualitativ übertroffen. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich und auf zack und haben sich sogar unserem Motto angepasst. Selbst zu später Stunde wird noch mit Einsatz bedient. Das ist man ja leider oft nicht so gewöhnt. Das einzige was wir nicht empfehlen können, ist DJ Piet, der dort oft auflegt. Er hält sich leider nicht an Absprachen und hat von unseren gewünschten Liedern, welche 9 Stunden ausgefüllt hätten vielleicht vier gespielt. Und wenn man dann noch Musikrichtungen hört, die vorher untersagt wurden ist das einfach daneben. Auch eine volle Batterie im Mikrofon kann ich erwarten. Die Rede des Schwiegervaters ging so leider unter. Ich hätte das Geld gekürzt, wenn er sich nicht von der Mühle direkt bezahlen lassen hätte. Da die tolle Leistung der Mühle dafür aber nichts kann, gibt es hervorragende volle Sterne. Vielen lieben Dank.

Nice place with diverse folks. Many students but also older folks. Service mixed and srrongly dependent on whom you have as a waiter. Good drinks, cold beer and a noce atmosphere. In particular summertime is great for the rooftop terrace. Did not try food but friends say it is good.

A varied menu makes the Loft a good lunch/dinner option in the heart of Oldenburg. They serve flammkuchen as well as salads, wiener schnitzel and several daily offers. The oven baked potatoes are huge portion and a very tasty, filling meal. Very good house ice tea is also available. Young and chatty, good waiting staff.

We waited for more than half an hour from we were given the menus till someone came to take our orders. It was not until we blew out the candle on our table and prepared to leave, a waiter turned up. We had a meat dish and a pasta dish. The one who had the meat dish was very satisfied, the two of us who had the pasta dish were not too happy. Lots of pasta and not so much chicken. The waiter who finally turned up, was really nice though.

Went to the Phoenix restaurant for the second time today, for a family birthday. As great as last time - friendly and swift staff, a nice menu and great & tasty food (also good vegetarian choice), nice atmosphere as well. Prices are a bit on the high side for Oldenburg, but it's worth it (surely not overpriced)! Would really recommend this restaurant; 10 mins walk from the center of the city.

The team at Bestial is friendly and attentive.It is well located right by the former city walls of Oldenburg, opposite the "Staatstheater" and offers both inside and outside seating. Their chef experiments with unusual flavour and combinations. I would say that their forte are home made pastas. My "coconut kiss" alcohol free cocktail was a touch too sweet for me, but that was to be expected.My attempt at constructive criticism on my meal (home made pasta with fried liver and pear) was accepted and we received grappa on the house from their friendly staff.Despite some shortcomings I enjoyed the visit and would recommend this place.

I was recommended to go here for their steaks before a big evening of work. They served great cuts of meat which were cooked great however for the price you pay I'm not entirely sure I'd do it that often. Lovely setting, especially outside.

Probably one of the best steaks in Germany for quite a bit. Perfectly grilled, wide selection of sides, sizes or whatever you want.Prices fair and a friendly service making you feel welcome and almost part of the âfamilyâ. Fast delivery and no rush to get you out for the next shift altough a reservation is almost a must.

Had lunch at the Kleine Burg with three other people, it was excellent. We had booked a child seat, too, and the staff had prepared not only that, but also small cutlery and places for the little one, plus paint pens. Staff was very friendly and professional. All dishes were prepared to perfection, very tasty indeed. Prices are OK for lunch, kind of high for dinner (for Oldenburg), though - but I'd still like to try at some point.
