I had a pork schnitzel; the other two members of our party had elaborate salads. My schnitzel was certainly very good; and there were no complaints from the others. The service was friendly and efficient. We sat in a courtyard: very pleasant. Finally, the prices were a good deal lower than I expected from a well-kept restaurant of this kind. Definitely recommended.

I havenât found so many places outside Prague that would offer local, authentic well presented and prepared food, but this is one of them. We had both seasonal menu, based on a duck. Mushroom soup, trout filet as starters and ducks as main. Desserts were a nuts mousse and a chocolate fondant. I must truly admit that everything was just flawless from start to end. Friendly and attentive service, Good Moravien and Italian wine, and the food just above delicious. If I lived closer I would be a regular immediately. This is how a well run restaurant looks like. Congratulations to owners and high recommendation to guests. Enjoy.

Service was quick and the staff was very attentive. We didn't eat there so I cant speak for the food, but a perfect spot in the city center to relax have some Pilsner and chat with friends.

We had a meal here after a mornings cycling. We both had chicken dishes which were very tasty- the menu is extensive and includes steaks, goulash and fish. We had a beer each and an apple desert with cream and ice cream (huge) and the bill was 500 kc. Really friendly staff

The best from all over the Central Europe - elegant Rieslings from Germany, fulbodied Egri Bikaver cuvees from Hungary and, of course, delicious Wachau Smaragds. Wide range of vines by the glass, air dried cured ham from South Styria, homemade quiche lorr
Last night we stopped by Smaragd vinoteka bar to relax and taste some local wines. We just met up with our friends and wanted to celebrate. We were greeted by Pavel and Tamila the owners. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We started with a bottle of champagne after listening to a short introduction to each of the choices. We did not stop there and moved on to a line of Czech, Hungarian and Romanian wine chosen for us by Pavel. I can definitely recommend this place to everyone interested in wine. Many thanks for your warm words. You are cordially invited to our place any time! Thank you very much for your custom and sharing your good experience with us on Tripadvisor!
