I had intentions to dine with gusto. Perhaps an Ulmese dish. I was offered a seat at the bar or at a high table with stools. Exit.Lieber Mick B.die Krone war an diesem Abend komplett ausgebucht, alle Tische bzw. Plätze waren reserviert. Deshalb wurde Ihnen ein Platz an der Theke oder an einem Stehtisch (mit Hockern) angeboten. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen dieses Angebot nicht gefallen hat. Sie können aber sicher sein, dass in der Krone stets alle Gäste - egal ob Familien, Paare, Gruppen- oder Alleinreisende gleichermaÃen willkommen sind.

Visit with friends. Had a perfect grilled piece of salmon with rosemarin potato and very tastefully vegetables, for ⬠16.50. Nice setting,fancy restroom and friendly staff.

Went for breakfast whilst staying at the Hotel opposite, very child friendly, rare details like the fact that the hot chocolate, which is called Kids Capuchino is of perfect children drinking temperature, the fact that the kids breakfast is served faster than the adults to keep them busy, the overall wealth of choice of breakfast menues by "geo-style", and the friendly staff made this a truly perfect family brekfast away from home...

After sightseeing all day, mostly on foot, I was very hungry. I chose steak with friend onions, cheese noodles and pasta pocket. It was delicious and very filling. As we had Ulm card we got complimentary dessert which was deep-fried apple filled pastry served with redcurrants and cream, very nice finish to our meal. After that meal it was time to go back to our lodgings and put the feet up.

Very large place with lot's of wood that makes it cozy. Nice food for a fair price. Large portions also. Only shame was that both our mains were served with 10 minutes difference in time so one was almost done eating when the other could start eating.Dear Staessen, we´re glad that you like our location and that you enjoyed our food. Beautiful foods and wine nice location and great old atmosphere. We had a group of around 20. Everything was great except the waitress was quite rude.

Relaxed local restaurant offering a wide range of typical local food. There is also a salad bar. Location is in a side street of Hirschstrasse, the main shopping street. It is a good place to relax and recharge after sightseeing and shopping. In summer one can sit outside too.

We may not be the best people to review this restaurant, because we only had a very light lunch, sharing a single roasted vegetable salad, but it was quite good and the service was outstanding and the beer was German!Parking was a challenge but otherwise recommended.

We were here for my birthday last evening, a big loud group of 12, The food was really really tasty. I recommend the Grilled Feta... It was super yummy!!! The service was really warm and nice and they really made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

A very friendly and serviceorientated staff welcoming you like at home and giving you the perfect feeling of a warm ambiance. Beside âï¸ they are offering a different breakfast and if you need something which isnât on the menue card simply ask. They also offer small dishes which are tasty. In summer you find a place outside and youâll have your car parking just a very few steps in front of you. I also recommend their finest tea.
