This place was recommended to me by my hotel and by a couple I stopped to ask directions. I couldn't have been more pleased. It serves local Schwabien cuisine. Everything was great. The service was good, the food was great, the local beer was wunderbar. It's one block away from the old square in the center of town. I'm sure you'll be pleased that you go there.

At first I thought the combination of seafood and steak would be weird, because we never serve this mix in South America. I decided to order the Angus steak with salmon and was amazingly surprised. The steak was so tender and the salmon tasted great. My boyfriend and friends ordered Angus steak with shrimp and they also really liked it. We ordered a bottle of wine Primitivo (sorry, I don't recall the brand) and it was very tasty as well (for â¬25). Staff was very friendly and attentive. My friend called that day before 5pm to get a reservation and nobody answered. Surprisingly, they called him back to make a reservation when the restaurant opened. I would def go back. Lieber Gast! Schön zu hören, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Wir hoffen, dass Sie schon bald wieder einmal Zeit finden werden zu uns zu kommen! I have been multiple times. The food is excellent and the beer issuper. The local is always crowded and tyou can experince the typical Brauhaus atmosphere. The service is friendly. During the good season you can eat outside in the square.

Attentive and friendly staff. Fun decour. Iâve always leaned more to Neapolitan style pizza, but Iâm going to be much more open minded going forward. La Pinseria really does it right. We also had side salads, those were quite enjoyable. I wanted to try dessert, but I was full. They have a short, but very well chosen wine list. My only complaint is they arenât closer to my house! If they were, I would be a regular customer!!

The atmosphere is nice, staff were kind. Food is good special the meet grills. Well served enough to eat. Wine suggestion was also appropriated. Price regular.

Honest and superior cooking We value good and high quality cuisine. We received our Michelin star because we offer our guests honest and superior cooking every day. Here, a few products are the focus of our creations. Indeed, even though our chef is inspi
Real discovery in the heart of Bietigheim. The restaurant is lead by two rather young brothers, whereas one is running the Michelin-star-awarded kitchen and the other one is responsible for the wine cellar and service.Compared to other star-restaurants, the prices for the multi-course dinners are surprisingly low. Even the wines are not as expensive as at similar places.Except for the little bit unmotivated starter-prawns, all courses where of high quality, presented nicely and tasted delicious. The only critcism is about the ambiance. The restaurant rooms could use some refurbishment. Decor, walls and so on seem to be left from the time before it was turned into a star-etablissement. The ambiance doesn't fit the sophisticated cuisine at all.The tableware had some nice details (hollow wood logs...) but it was lacking a persistent concept. Those things are minor and easily fixable with a little bit of investment. The potential is definitely high and I hope the Maerz brothers develop their concept even further.

Directly to the side of the historic Rathaus. Telephone 07145.96200
A positive surprise. I really appreciated all the food, simple but local and typical. We had a soup as starter and as main dish a plate for 2 with mixed meats, vegetables and french fries. Both quantity and quality was really satisfying. Again, far from a fine restaurant, but if you want to try the german taste and food, it's the right restaurant. The price was fair: with beers and a grappa, about 30 Euro per head.

My Bosch friends took me here following a business meeting. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. There are few restaurants left in the world where the staff is attentive to the needs of the patrons. Schwabenstube is a spectacular exception. The owner is visibly involved in every aspect of the meal. He was clearly engaged not only during preparation but during serving and cleaning as well. Feel free to arrive hungry because the portions are not only tasty but sized for a strapping German worker. I found the meat to be tender and perfectly cooked. The cabbage was just what this American wanted. The salad was fresh, crisp and mildly dressed.Utensils were brought and cleaned as needed. The table was always clean and organized. We stayed very late and also enjoyed desert and warm coffee. We even had nice conversation with the staff.Respect the quality of this establishment and dress for the occasion. It will be more enjoyable for all.Highly recommended for a high quality gastronomic experience.

Diners and Ludwigsburg Visitorsi have for a long time not been to my hometown, as i work and live in London. Recently, my wider family went fror Dinner in Markgroeningen - approx 10 minutes outside of L´burg - and to a Restaurant which recently got very high remarks called "Herrenkueferei". Its very central, in the middle of the historic market town and the food and set-up is splendid - decor is flowerish, with half of a bookshop around for foodies to explore. We had a Spinach Soup and a Veal afterwards, very tasty and not overpriced for the quality. I wish this place good luck, hope it can keep up with its location a bit off the beaten track. If you come from a bit further away to Ludwigsburg and you can afford an evening - its a must go. Tel [--]frank
