Small menue, therefore fast serviceIf you like fat saturated stuff (cordon blue, nuggest, sausage salad, etc.) the place to visit in Brombach.Friendly staff Aleman, German, Enlish, French speakingBeware of cops! Not permitted to park in accompanying street Hellbergstrasse, if you do you'll most probably get fined.

WOW! After the refurb of the New Owners Lorrach gained a lovely new Gem . It looks fantastic . The Staff is very welcoming and friendly and will help you with any needs. And the food wow its sooo tasty, especially the Open Vegetarian Lasagne . Great Choice on the menu. A lot of effort has put into this please and you can clearly see that. I can oy recommend this place

We told the folks at our hotel we wanted to eat at a place favored by locals. They told us about the Lasser Brauhaus. They have an inside restaurant, but it was such a nice night, we opted to eat in the beer garden. Lots of locals. In fact we didn't hear any other English being spoken. Our waiter had a few words of English but no English menu so bring your translator. Beer was fresh and really good. We sampled three of them. Our schnitzels were wonderful. It does get busy so tracking down our server to pay at the end seemed like a bit of a long wait. Still, I would go back.

Fabulous restaurant located in the suburbs of Lorrach, we stayed in a nearby campsite where the on site restaurant was closed and found this restaurant nearby. The food was so tasty with great flavours and all the dishes had amazing presentation. The only negative was that the kids menu was restricted to Weiner Schnitzel but they were all very happy with it. The toilets were full of a selection of mositurisers, hand creams etc which was a nice touch, an absolute must if you are in the area. Staff very friendly, although little English is spoken.

This in one of the best places I ever had dinner! The fish was outstanding and the Wiener Schnitzel beats every other in this region. The other main courses and the dessert seamlessly fit into this picture - simply a great kitchen! One can debate about the wines, but that's a matter of preference and neither of the wines/glass were in line with mine. However, credit to restaurant, there's a strong focus on local producers. It was a very warm day in Lorrach and the moving choral festival was in full swing with a cappella chorales of all age groups in full swing through the central square nearby the open market with fresh fruits and vegetables from various local farms. After shopping and listening for a while it was time for lunch. Many outdoor seating establishments abount but our daughter chose Symposium. Symposium is best described as Greek Fusion. Basic gyros done in an assortment of styles. Cheese fondue (very rich), gyro meat in a type of goulash and small potatoes,and a shishkabob with pork, a meat patty and calamari rings. Very large dishes for lunch outside at nearly 90F. Inexpensive wines and beers. Service was decent.

Today I was back at Gasthaus Kranz for a business lunch for 30 Eur: Variation vom Räucherlachs mit Blattsalaten, Maispoulardenbrust mit Balsamico, Schalotten und Apfel, Kartoffel Püree, Orangenmousse mit frischen Beeren.Today the meal was a little bit too salted. The service was slow and not so friendly.I hope next time will be better

Wow this is a great restaurant in Lorrach Germany. We walked to this from our hotel about a 7 minute walk. The owners greeted us and we ate large. The salads are fresh and very tasty dressings. The steaks are well prepared and wow on the salmon and veal dishes. Very nice atmosphere and the dishes are like art work for these people. I will be coming back again.

We went there on purpose to have a Business Lunch Menu. It was excellent! The price is really justified (less than 40 Euros for three courses). The dishes are best cuisine and the kitchen is flexible enough to change the main course in its menu (if you do not like fish for example). We assume the dinner menu is of the same quality, plays in the same category and the price is reasonable for sure. We would recommend this restaurant.The ambiance outside is extra, you are sitting in the middle of a really nice garden. Inside the restaurant is showing its age (90's) but is still nice if the food is good.The service was well done, nothing to complain at all.

Very attentive & friendly staff who could all talk perfect English - my German is very basic. Varied menu and popular with both locals & business groups. The next time I am in Lörrach this will be my first restaurant stop!
