great stop over for lunch or dinner. lamb on the spit is the most popular (croatian word for 'pecenje) close to Slovenia border. Accommodation is also offered with 23 rooms available. good stop in between travels. close to the main highway Zagreb-Rijeka.

Only added value of this place is the location and view. Food is average, don't expect anything fancy. Restaurant looks average, if just walk few meters around it is very dirty. But my biggest objection is not even basic sanitary principles of the staff! I was in the toiled with my son and in a toilet booth next to us was a waiter. When he finished he just left without washing his hands! Few minutes latter he was serving food to clueless guests. Also a work od warning if you consider swimming in the river bellow the restaurant please note that sewer pipes of the restaurant are ending in the river. We were warned by a local not to swim there with our kids. Too late, my wife just got a severe stomach flu.

Located in the middle of the small forest, not far from the main road, this restaurant offeres a variety of food, based on boar, roe and deer. They dont have everything thats stated in the menu, but the staff is friendly and willing to help and recommend a dish made of fresh food. Its worth visiting for both personal and business occasions.

I love everything about this restaurant. The food is amazing and the prices are reasonable too! I highly recommend the octopus salad... itâs incredible.

Went there for a family lunch, and we were very satisfied. This was my second time here. We all had umami burgers, and they were delicious! Service was also of a very high standard. The best restaurant in town with an unbeatable ambience . Definitely recommended!

Marvellous!!! We were there a few times since they reopened. Each time was even better then last time. Fantastic plate with sausages, bacon and cheese for a start. Then whatever you want because you can not miss. And then brilliant deserts like lava cake. The staff is even better than food! Very nicely decorated inside, fantastic terrace ...So, itâs absolutely fantastic! Definitely the best in Karlovac.
