My wife and I had our last dinner in Haarlem at Het Pakhuis. The staff was great ... upbeat and attentive. We both had the lamb stew. It was a nice change from our previous dinners in Holland. All-in-all, a good value.

This is a modest restaurant, not pretentious, but doing what they do quite well. It has also the virtue of being open every day during the year, which can be very useful, especially on holidays, where most other restaurants are closed. They offer a three-course meal with many choices for every course, he wine list is modest but quite varied. An enjoyable evening, the food was flavoursome, good service, and reasonably priced. We booked on line and enjoyed a 20% discount, having starters, carpaccio, then spare ribs and dove sole, then chocolate soufflé, and chocolate caramel tart, with a bottle of wine for 60 euros . The service was good and not rushed with time to enjoy the meal.We sat out side to enjoy the ambience, but in doing so had to suffer the nearby smokers, so if you want to avoid the smoke then sit inside.

I attended this restaurant as part of a group of colleagues. We ended up opting for the 5 course surprise menu - I thoroughly enjoyed it. Every dish, from the amuse-bouche through to the courses themselves were fascinating, good quality and very tasty. Although, as it is nouvelle cuisine, the portion sizes are expectantly small.The service was good, with the waiting staff doing their very best to translate their Dutch explanations into English.The ambience was pleasant and the decor modern.Would go back.

This place has a great vibe. The converted church is pretty cool. They have some tasty beers, but served in micro glasses for 5 euro. You are paying for that atmosphere. Ordered a few snacks which were ok, nothing spectacular. Servers are not very engaging or friendly.

Had the lunch tasting menu. Everything was perfect as expected of a Michelin starred restaurant. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend this place.The Teylers Museum is within walking distance. We went there first in the morning.After lunch, walked over to the Molen de Adriann which is also nearby.
