...about this place? It may be more difficult for me in the future to get a reservation if I tell you just how good it is. Friends took us here and we keep coming back because it is everything. Small, husband and wife team, excellent food and the staff have worked there for years.Service:Already while booking over the phone it becomes clear that this is a customer service oriented gem of a restaurant. Friendly, engaging and above all customer oriented.Arrival, same thing. Super friendly, table is ready, thank you for being with us today...top notchFood:The US filet of beef I had was so tender that you could chew it with your eyebrows, well at least I could cut it with my fork which says it all I think. Everything our group ordered was excellent and we could barely walk out of there because we of course had to order dessert and the ice cream was one of the biggest I have seen served in a restaurant in a long time.I strongly recommend you go there and try it out - well actually let me do it for you...

This restaurant is a bit far from the Old Town Zurich and you have to take a taxi there. Itâs modernly and airy decorated.There were limited dishes to formulate a 3 or 5 or 8 tasting menu of your choice. All the dishes we chose were outstandingly delicious with a big wine list to choose from. The service was very good. It was probably the best choice of this trip.

Excellent cafe de paris entrecote and great game food.Attentive and perfect service.For an appripriate price.Great experience.Great Pretty location although the road is a bit narrow to get there and parking space is limited (but still for ca 20 cars)

We were looking for a restaurant close to Spreitenbach to have dinner.The restaurant at this nice building on top of the Heitersberg was pretty packed - probably some company gathering or so.Nevertheless we found a table and despite a lot of people we received excellent and very helpful services. Also the food came quickly and in large, no: very large portions.Everything tasted just excellent and was freshly made. We headed out to Schlieren based on some other web site's recommendation. We were a little reluctant at first as the 70s decor isn't very inviting. However, the great Austrian food easily makes up for it. The Wienerschnitzel is somewhat pricey, but given the excellent quality of the Schnitzel plus the big salad which is included in the price and served as the first course it's absolutely worth it. The Palatschinken (pancakes) I had for dessert were totally delicious as well. I only wish the atmosphere and decor could match the great food - I'd hand out five points in heartbeat!

It has been years since we had a meal at the Linden, but we were glad to retry it last week. We were welcomed by kind and professional staff. Our main course (we only had one course) was on the table 20 minutes after we arrived. The dishes were well cooked and very tasty.We ate upstairs, outside on the balcony. Although this is next to a pretty busy intersection, the noise did not disturb our lovely meal.Definitely going back for more.

Aside from the breakfast buffet, the restaurant has an excellent dinner menu. They are not extremely fast with service, but more than make up for it with the food quality. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially for those who may not have time to get out and look for options.

Nice and warm place, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and we were served by a super nice and gentle young chap. We had a nice corner where our dog got water before we got our drinks ;)Good food, honest portions, the cordon bleu were really tasty. Impossible to have dessert after that although we wanted to try two of them!That will be for next time!Thank you DMLDML for the lovely feedback!Honest portions are important for us, so you start next time maybe wit the dessert! I have joined the Heimat for several times over the last years and I can say that there are not many restaurants which can compete with this high quality swiss kitchen at are fair price and an easy service. The Heimat is great for couples, families, senior citizens as well as for tourists (tip for tourists - go there - it is an authentic swiss restaurant as the guests are as well and they are there to just indulge themself. The restaurant is so pure because of the fact it is located in Dietikon which is not on the typical tourist pathway). Enjoy!

We went for the graduation dinner of my niece and were seated in the very modern tulip room: impressive! The food was excellent, especially the traditional roesti with veal zurichoise! Service was attentive and courteous ... A great evening! Yes I'd love to go back!
