Artisanal pizza @ my patio, make it from scratch, great ambient. BYODrinks and cups. Think green and see you soon.
Juniors Patio is a tiny pizza place tucked behind the busy Main Street of West End. His pizza is some of the best we have had in the world. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy and the toppings super fresh. You build your own based on available ingredients and Junior builds your pizza to order. We enjoyed a 14â pizza with basil, red onion, sausage and fresh mushrooms. He finished it off with lovely garlic oil. Yum!!!!You can take it to go or enjoy on his patio. Just a quick note- it is BYOB, but there are shops just a few steps away. For those that are staying a while, he has a frequent visitors card, too! Enjoy!!!!I m glad you enjoyedThank ypu for your nice words

We've been here every time we travel to Roatan. The place is not fancy by any means. You can sit downstairs or upstairs where you get a breeze. The food is good and inexpensive. It is a local place that the locals frequent. We ordered a plantain with crema, a platter of beef, pork, and chicken, which arrived with beans, cheese, fried plantain chips, and pico, along with drinks. All of this set us back just $15, and fed 4 of us. We also got an order of baleadas, with eggs, cheese, and crema. Just plain old good local food. It also has a small grocery store where you can pick stuff. Of course we'll return.

We decided to spend the afternoon at Paya Beach so we stopped in for lunch at La Sirenas on the very east end of the island. We were a large group of 10 and it was already crowded so we waited over an hour for lunch to be served. With plenty of rum punches and that gorgeous view, no one complained (except one teenager). It was worth the wait as I had a delicious whole fried garlic snapper. Most had the snapper filet or whole fish and some opted for chicken fingers. They were out of a lot of items even though it was only 11;30 so you need to be flexible or order plenty of rum punches. They take credit cards and have a dock if you come by boat. Well worth the trip.

This is a local place right on the main road in West End. With the most amazing Jerk chicken cooked right on the premises which is our special. Feel free to visit us and taste it yourself.
Anthony serves up some mean jerk chicken. The portions are very large and the chicken is over the top tender. When you order make sure you tell him if you want it spicy because he adds some serious kick if youâre into that.

Our tucan travel group loved our evening with Zac. He was a fantastic host. Ask him for a Zac attack cocktail sometime. It's like a lime, vodka and coconut explosion. The mashed potato and vegetables were delicious. Regrettably the fish was covered in a really strong sauce which obscured it's flavour. If you order catch of the day, consider asking for sauce on the side as it really is an acquired taste. I would have loved to have stayed on for chocolate cake but the Zac attack finished me off.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with being referred by a Roatan native to visit this establishment for lunch one day while we were on the island.Whereas the initial attraction for visiting this restaurant is the fantastic 360 degree views of the island from a high vantage point, it is the quality and preparation of the food offered there which blows you away. Although somewhat of an unpretentious location farther east on the island away from the main tourist areas, is is well worth the effort to get here because you will enjoy excellently prepared and delicious tasting native Roatan dishes at a very reasonable price. Try the jack fish or conch fritters, which were hand's down the best meals we had on the entire island!!We were fortunate to also meet Carl, the chef/owner of the restaurant, who is a very pleasant and engaging American ex-pat who also happens to be a master chef, which explains why the preparation of the meals is so exceptional! We highly recommend you try this restaurant for an exceptional dining experience if you have the means to get there!

Salty Mango is a laid back restaurant for everyone! Open air dining, with a new, large deck overlooking a garden with a ocean view. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer a variety of flavorful meals; seafood, burgers, chicken, salads and more plus
We did, over the week of our stay, breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The lunch and dinner were great which is why the rating is very good. The shrimp tacos were awesome, they are street tacos which are a favorite of mine. Dinner was superb with great service. Now about breakfast...if I had to write a review strictly on breakfast it would get a poor rating. Got our order wrong, but not so wrong it was inedible , but added to this bad experience. They were out of most drinks. Then we go to pay, I used my card 2 other times here, I know it works, and the young woman says she doesn't know how to use the machine. Our breakfast experience was poor at best, the rest was great. We loved the people who were there in afternoon and evenings. Very sweet and engaging, and the lunch and dinner were very tasty.

In your restaurant travel article and mentioned in several forum posts
I might as well join the other thousands of travelers who have reported on this place! It is everything that the reviews rave about . We are here for ten days and have visited once and tried again today but they were closed. The food is simple but delicious and very abundant. Chicken is moist and tender, rice and beans are beautiful and the potato salad is pretty good also. BUT save room for the homemade desserts. Remember that the chicken is a large order and save room for the sweets! If you love cats, you will have ample opportunities to love on the house cats. The parrots are a little protective of their space but beautiful to look at also. We will return before our trip ends.
