This out-of-the-way little restaurant on Barbados' south coast is the perfect place to savour tasty, well seasoned, fresh local fish. This is an UN-ostentatious, home-style little restaurant, where the owner is always on hand to make sure that the patrons are satisfied. The menu offers a good variety of dishes and drinks from which to choose, and the serving staff are always friendly and helpful. Shakers is definitely a must-do on any visit to Barbados!

Enjoy unique bar nibbles, small bites or mouthwatering mains prepared by CHTA Caribbean Chef of The Year, 2018, Damian Leach. Paired with tantalizing cocktails and the effervescent atmosphere that is St. Lawrence Gap, a night at Cocktail Kitchen makes for
Some of the best food we had while in Barbados, an excellent range of starters a great choice of main meals , although all our party had fish and good choice of desserts . The service was excellent and we were seated overlooking the bay.Thank you so much for your excellent review!! Really appreciate it and we hope you join us for a lovely rooftop dinner again soon

We are an Eco-Cafe specializing in vegan cuisine. We offer an internationally themed variety of meals as well as coffee, shakes, smoothies, cake, non dairy ice cream amongst other things. Good friends. Good food. Good vibes. The Good Life.
Good Life is a great choice for those looking for a healthy dinner option while supporting a cool independent business at the same time. The Mediterranean salad and burgers were fresh and full of excellent flavours. Nothing pre-packaged here. The staff were all friendly and happy to explain the menu. Overall a very cheerful place and a perfect choice for vegans. Only downside, the dinner menu is quite a bit more costly than the lunch menu, and offers different items so we were unable to try the wraps we were looking forward to. Next time!

Our newly renovated, cozy & chic restaurant, bar & lounge is located poolside at Yellow Bird Hotel. This St. Lawrence Gap eatery overlooks the picturesque bay and offers local Bajan cuisine cooked with herbs from our own garden. Open daily for breakfast,
Absolutely loved this restaurant. The setting was lovely, seating comfortable, excellent service and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Large menu with plenty on to suit everyone. Fish of the day was delicious, chicken bites yummy , also had the burgers , pork sliders and loaded fries all were amazing. Chicken George and Yankee Joeâs Beach Bar and Grill is a family run beach bar situated on the beautiful and popular Accra Beach in Rockley, Hastings. You can come to visit us for a bite to eat, a taste of the Best Rum Punch in the world or come and lime w
We looked forward based n reviews to eat . No lobster ..our first choice ,, then ordered shrimp an marlin platters and coul not get as well. The guys who served us were sweet and I think tried but if we had known when we ordered there was no shrimp we would have moved on sooner . Nathaniel did give us tickets for a rum punch when we return but not keen on return with paucity of fresh fish choices Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you were not able to get the fish that you wanted. Unfortunately we did not receive our fish order so were very limited that day. This is not normal for us at all and usually can offer more than 3 different types of fish. We hope that one day you are able to sample our food that has received such great reviews.

We have been holidaying in Barbados since 2004 and Harlequin has become one of our favourite restaurants, especially when we have stayed in St Lawrence Gap. But let me assure you it is worth coming from farther afield to enjoy the food here. While eating there a fleet of taxis turned up from a distant hotel with I guess 20 people booked in.This year we were staying at The South Gap Hotel, so we had about 10 metreâs walk, which explains why we ate there a lot.Over the years, we have never had a bad meal at Harlequin and their standard is high. We have found them to provide a food experience better than the top rated restaurants in Barbados. If you are undecided ask the waitress they were never wrong.Angela was our waitress on each visit and she needs a special mention. If you were running a top school for waitressing she would be the Headmistress or senior lecturer, she was just perfect in every way.Thank you Angela from both of us.

The location is a big plus on a deck sheltered by several sails right over the Caribbean sea just below. At lunch there is usually a pleasant cooling breeze but request a table right next to edge of the deck. Champers offers a set three course menu for lunch at a cost of about BBD90 which is very good value indeed.!! The meal I had consisted of vegetable spring rolls , tortellini stuffed with ricotta and a generous mango sorbet. Impossible to criticise except for the fact that the bottled mineral water was not served cold which really should not happen in such a restaurant.!! My wife ate a la carte and had ceviche , chicken curry and creme brule which were all of a high standard although better curries are available at other restaurants on Barbados. Definitely worth a visit. Champers is on the main south coast road near the Accra Beach Hotel and just past Hastings and there is plenty of free parking just opposite the restaurant entrance. Will definitely return although unfortunately it is about 32 kilometres from where we are staying and the traffic can be slow depending on the time of day.!! Champers is certainly amongst the best 5+ restaurants on Barbados.
Worthing Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Worthing
Local food, great prices, relaxing environment, best roti in Barbados, great beer and rum punch.
This is the place near Craneâs beach where the locals and staff from Craneâs Resort go to eat! Much more authentic and fun and way cheaper than eating in the overpriced restaurants in Crane Resort. The food is freshly cooked to order and reliable and tasty, there are also daily specials that were not listed on the menu but the local guys at the next table were eating. We ate here almost daily once we discovered it, as itâs easily accessible out the side gate through the Craneâs Resort Car Park.Locals sit around for hours drinking and watching the cricket or movies if there are no cricket re-runs! The menu includes roti wraps with meat or vegetable curries which were my favourite and my husband usually had fresh fish and salad.Friendly and fun!
