always loved going here as they have such great food! Went this time and had new owners and they had changed from a seafood restaurant to a Caribbean restaurant. Decided to try it anyway and see how it was. We ordered the Snapper blackened with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. We were told they didn't have regular salads anymore, just the big ones with fish or chicken on them. The snapper was so overcooked it was dry and the green beans were too hot to eat! Too much red pepper in the beans! Will not be back here again. Miss the old place.Thank you Barb for the feedback..!You are correct in saying that we are a more Caribbean themed cuisine restaurant, however we are very much still seafood focused. We have 35 of the 50 dinner menu items that feature fresh seafood, shrimp, crab, gator, wahoo & whiting, crab legs, oysters, mahi-mahi, grouper, flounder & snapper. They are all prepared in dishes with traditional Caribbean spices and cooking techniques. In the end though, if we provide you with a dish your liking, we would be more than happy to fix it during your visit...We do apologize that this experience was not to your likely and want to assure you that we try very hard on a daily basis to give every guest wonderful and tasty food..We hope you will give us another opportunity!Regards,Brian
