This is the restaurant in the Runaway Hill property. Runaway Hill has a boutique inn vibe, in that it feels very homey and intimate and you see things like the owner-manager sitting at the bar talking with guests. This carries over to the restaurant experience, in that the food is very high-end in quality, yet the environment is warm and unstuffy â not casual exactly, but down to earth and friendly. Combined with the delicious food, itâs an excellent experience. The menu is large and wide-ranging â I would love to take a look into the kitchen to see how they manage to do it all in what must be a comparatively small space. Very generous portions (we took home leftovers on this most recent dinner visit). All in all, a favourite.

Sunsets with a rum drink or a short walk to the beach for sunrise. The place is beautiful, the staff super friendly and the atmosphere laid back. Caught the band the Brilanders (?) on Sunday night and they couldn't have been more fun. Plenty of fun places to explore nearby in the way of bars and restaurants but also nice to kick back at the marina bar and kick back. You'll never know who you may pull up a stool next to you and order the conch fritters!

We found this restaurant on our last visit and knew we had to return. They have the absolute best grilled grouper sandwich I have ever eaten. Very local, very down to earth. It's not air conditioned but when you're devouring a perfectly cooked grilled grouper sandwich...it just doesn't matter!

We had dinner here twice during our stay on Harbour Island (mom, dad and two young adult sons), and had terrific experiences both times. The food is delicious, Italian with Bahamian touches and ingredients. The Fettuccine alla Norcina and Grouper Acquapazza are excellent, as were all the regular menu items and specials we tried. Service and staff were friendly and attentive. Island restaurants are generally very good, and these meals were our favorites. Food and dining are expensive here, but we thought we got good value.

I have been coming to Harbour Island for 15 years or so, and for all those years, I have made sure that I stop by Queen Conch for the most delicious, hand made conch dishes on the planet. When I first started, it was just a little shack by the street. Now, it has a restaurant overlooking the bay with outdoor seating and a bar. The friendly bartender makes one feel right at home. The conch is caught right there - you can see the conch "ranch" on one side, and the empty conchs on the other. The conch salad is famous, but the conch fingers are delicious too. Actually, everything there is delicious. It may take a little time, but, hey, it's the Bahamas. So you definitely need to switch to "island time" when in the Bahamas and slow down the pace a bit. After all, isn't that one reason why we go to the Caribbean?

Dined here with friends and had a wonderful experience. The food, service and ambiance were perfection. We loved the cozy bar which offered ginger infused vodka. Outside dining offered lovely white lights and candles on every table. My favorite dish was the goat cheese ravioli - I will absolutely crave this when I remember my trip to Harbor Island.

Atmosphere, food, location, and really just a fun place! We visited for dinner while staying next door at Coral Sands. Ocean View Club, Landing, and Dunmore Restaurant were our favorites for dinner! We saved Dunmore for our last night in Harbour Island and it was worth it. The only negative is that they could use a few more vegan options but I got the risotto vegetarian and it was amazing. My husband had stone crabs for appetizer and then lobster. Drinks weâre delicious. The decor and atmosphere are the best on island. There was a band and the live music was great. I suggest you get here early and get a drink at the bar before dinner and watch the sunset! Thank you so much for making our restaurant the icing on the cake!!! Harbour Island is a very special place with something to do for everyone. It makes me happy to see that you enjoyed our humble offering. I'll make a note of the vegan options for the coming season.

Sip Sip is a lunch restaurant located on the pink sand beach in Harbour Island, Bahamas. We are usually open every day except Tuesdays from 11:30â4pm, but sometimes close for periods of time or on Wednesdays as well. We are always closed on Christmas Day
If only there were music I would lavish 5 stars. The food is delicious. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable. This is a must stop for lunch if you are on Harbour Island. But I wish they could turn on a little music. Thanks so much for lunching with us! Sorry you couldnât hear our music. Unfortunately, itâs usually drowned out by customers sip sipping! Weâre going to get some new speakers next season and will turn up the calypso a bit more for you!Best, Julie
