When in Guanabo for vacation or just passing by, make sure you stop by "El Guajiro" and/or "Los Dos Hermanos" on 477A street between 5ta Ave and 5ta D Ave. You won't regret it, good prices and generous portions. If you happen to go to "Los Dos Hermanos," make sure you try the churros across the street from "Arenas Churros," they are to die for! This spots are locally owned NOT state-owned, so you'll be sure not only to receive good customer service but help the local economy.

In a modern marine environment and the Bar-Restaurante Rico Rico offers exquisite food with unique flavors that distinguish us. You will find made with fresh fish and seafood dishes. We have a typical terrace area and a restaurant with a modern design jus
The restaurant isn't much for ambience; you are sitting right on the side if the street under the lights but the food is excellent! We had to take the paella home as it was so ample so next time we shared it. The shrimp was very good and the presentation is lovely. The staff tries hard but we had a few mis-steps due to our poor Spanish. This restaurant is a new and welcome addition to Guanabo.

This place on the main street of Guanabo - 5th Avenue to be exact - is a great little hideaway. The main event of the week is live music on Sunday night. The food is good, service a bit slow, but then you are on holiday in Cuba so what is the rush? Music is all local talent and the place is packed on Sunday evenings...Dancing, singing, laughing, it is all there.

We are traditional and international food restaurant. It is opened since 27 october 1995. We offer to costumers the most fresh dishes of sea you have ever seen. Actually in this place, we rent rooms too. The price for each room with bathroom is 25 c.u.c.
Fantastic food - the steak and paella are both very good dishes indeed as is the seafood plate. The terrace is so pretty and peaceful as you sit under a canopy of flowers with a water feature trickling away. The waiter/owner of the palader speaks very good english and is very proud of it and rightfully so - it is on Avenida Quebec which is a few streets back from the main strip in Guanabo so don't be afraid to much off around the neighbourhood to find it, it's a little tricky but the locals are nice and happily pointed us in the right direction.

In my humble opinion this is the best seafood restaurant in Guanabo. I went there twice with my partner and had the lobster on both occasions, she had the Octopus. We took the little one who is four who polished off a huge bowl of spaghetti each time. There is no concept of a children's menu or children's portion in Cuba. You can eat on the patio overlooking the beach but beware it can be windy and chilly (December) but probably fine in the summer. Service was good and we didn't have to wait long between courses. By European standards the prices were very good, approx 1/3 to 1/2 what I would pay at home. I see complaints about service, bills and location for this restaurant but you have to accept that this is Cuba, they do things differently. If you like seafood give this place a try. Great bloody Mary's as well.

A restaurante whith an excellent relation quality/price and the client is the most important person...
We had a wonderful dinner at 421. Service was very good. The food and drink was excellent. We had mojitos and the red sangria. Delicious! They have outdoor and indoor seating. The indoor seating has a large table, like a picnic table, and smaller tables for 4-6. Some of the tables have a balcony view. This is a must restaurant. Enjoy.
