Real value for money! Great hospitality. Our discount affected the rating positively. There is no menu, Surinam easy food. No menu. Four courses. We had four courses three wine and a beer for less then fifty euro due to the discount.

We visited the tapas restaurant La Cubanita twice with our kids. The restaurant has an all you can eat formula which is especially attractive for young people. There are a lot of tapas restaurants and most of them serve almost only ready-made food. But from our inside sources we know that this restaurant has a chef who makes a lot of the sauces and dishes hand-made. The vitello tonato, the gamba's, the calamaris, the redfish, the pork medaillons they are very good. The quesidilla's were one of the favorites of the kids. The deserts are good but not special. De winelist is short but the Santa Alicia red wine is fine. The cocktails are nice. If you want to have a dinner with the familiy, dont't want to be left with any surprises on the cheque and go to a restaurant were everyone can eat something what they like then Cubanita is the place to be. The personnel is friendly and attentive and the kitchen works with a chef that loves his work and has a hart for his young staff.
