So, group eating out again and this time on a busy road in Bristol, lined with eating out out places we went to Caribbean Croft. The first thing to eat you is the smell, what a smell! It was fantastic, all the spices and food smells which made our mouths water, then the noise! Don't go here for a quiet evening out, it's a very convivila place with music,cCaribbean music playing all the time, makes for a real atmosphere. It wasa packed with groups of people all hvasing a good time, talking loudly and so did we. I can only vouch for their mocktails because I was driving but they were delicious , as were the wines I'm told. Don't go there expecting "posh". Some dishes have to be eaten with your fingers, so the retsaurant doesn't do serviettes, it does kitchen roll. We couldn't make up our mind what to have so we had a selction of wonderful dishes, which kept on coming and coming, all equally gorgoeaus. What one person didn't like another did, and there was so much, it was unbleievble. The service was a bit slow but, given the fact thatthe palce was packed to the rafters and it was alldone with so much fun and laughter , s0 it was fine with us. The wine was very slow to come though, get your order in early! There was far too much for us ro eat and the restaurant policy is that nothing gets wasted so they begged us to take "doggy bags" which I did.! I would highly recommend this palce for anyone wanting a good night out . Well done all round

We are a Family run business. We specialize in Caribbean vegan foods. We also serve freshly made juices;drinks and smoothies.
Staff was not friendly and the food was not tasty. Half of the menu was not available. The spicy cabbage was served with too much rice, and the tofu had just some ketchup on, that was all the seasoning. The salad was not seasoned. The wantons were made of raw flour.
