Efficient, served promptly, fairly clean, do not expect fine dining, but if you are in for het dogs and poutine, you will get your bucks worth.

Quebec is known for their poutines, and I have tried a few and this place makes the best! My husband enjoyed his hamburger and poutine also! Nice size portions for cheap prices! Fast service, very friendly and great little corner to grab a quick meal!

Serving you is our pleasure!
Best breakfast in town. Dinners are also very good, but this is one of the most reliable places for breakfast year round.

I had the stuffed mushrooms and the veal parmesan with eggplant. Both were delicious. My husband had the beef tenderloin which was cooked perfectly. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Been there few time in the last week because it's one of the only place in town to have a brunch everyday. Good price vs food quantity-quality. Huge plate. Choice of salty or sweet meal. Pancakes, crepes, waffles, bacon and eggs etc... Smoothies of the day. I dont think they have specialize coffee.

First time here on a visit into town. The location is very easy to find beside the mall. There is lots of parking. Nicely appointed decor. We were given a big round booth to sit. The ambience and service was delightful. I hadn't had St. Hubert in years as they are no longer in Toronto so this was a real treat. We had wine service and local law permits the patron to bring home the remainder of their bottle which is exactly what we did. The food was beyond perfect. What a great memory!

Our restaurant ''Le Canon'' offerts Regional Fine Dish, Grills and Treasures from the Sea. Also, quality breakfasts and lunches at very competitive prices are available during the day. The restaurant is part of the Hotel complex known as L'Escale Hôtel Su
I was confused about where to find this restaurant because of the variety of information on TripAdvisor. The address is correct. The restaurant is located down the hall from the front desk in the Hotel Suites. The dining room is a bit old fashioned, but it is fine. The tables were set with linen napkins and tablecloths. The staff that were working the whole restaurant while we were there were two not-so-young women. It was busy, but they were hustling and kept up with everything. I thought they were amazing. Usually, you would see 4 or 6 people working a restaurant that size. We ordered the seafood casserole (scallops, mussels, clams, langoustines and shrimp) and the pork tenderloin with pineapple sauce. The seafood casserole was not a casserole, but a bunch of delicious seafood with a light cream sauce and tiny slivers of very hot peppers. The pork was served with a variety of vegetables--one carrot, one brocollini, one cauliflower floret, and a baked potato. The pork was a generous size serving. The pineapple sauce was a bit sweet and added a good flavor to the pork. We also had chocolate mousse cake for dessert. It was very light and had a layer of mango creme. It was on a chocolate cake base. It was yummy. Our meal with tip was $110 CAD. We didn't have wine with the meal--just 2 entrees and a shared dessert. It was fairly expensive, but worth it.Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at our restaurant on Trip Advisor. Hope to see you again soon.

A very limited diner menu so ordered the nachos with chicken, no hot peppers. Service with a smile. Nachos were only warm. It was ok but the flies around the table pissed me off. Really enjoyed their local IPA, Tête de Pioche.Free WiFi. Wonât be back, sorry.

I took a large group for dinner. The appetizers were well done, nice cheese/charcuterie, cocktails were good although the martini could use a tweak to the dry side, the wine was not bad but my veal meal was a bit disappointing. The veal was breaded and a bit greasy, the side pasta was dried out (had been under a heat lamp while the rest got done). Most meals were good but the food definitely seemed to be backed up and then rushed out. For the price (>$1,000 for 7), and the reputation, I expected the food/order to be a little more seamless. I would go back, but the place has a reputation for the place to "be" and perhaps "be seen" and maybe it is just a little too busy for management?
