I just visited the Baril Grill for the second time for breakfast and really enjoyed it. My wife had a vegetarian omelet and I had the eggs benedict Florentine. Both meals were really good. The service was a little slow, but he waitress had her hands for and did the best she could. I have no issues recommending this restaurant for a mid-range breakfast.

Went there to meet family for lunch. Everyone loved their meals. Hubby and I shared the General Tso poutine which was great, then we both had the salad bar. Great selection, fresh. Most of the others at the table had the lunch special which included drink, main and dessert for 12 dollars, plates were plentiful and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Our 1st stop after crossing the boarder into Canada, and our 1st introduction to Poutine! Yum!!! The worker carefully explained to us what it was, and guided us through our selection! I was so hooked I ordered Poutine several other times while in Canada! Also, they had chicken poppers for my 4 year old who wasn't quite ready to try a new food!

Tonightâs dining experience at Cafe Royal was superb! The restaurantâs interior reminded me of a Parisian restaurant. When we entered the chef greeted us and led us to our table. Once we were seated, he took the time to explain the several special entrees (handwritten on boards) which were available this evening. One menu could be defined as a la carte, while the other menu was table dâhote and included a larger variety of desserts and other options to choose from. There was also a regular menu. The server promptly brought us a basket of breads to begin. We ordered from the a la carte menu. The restaurant offers a specialty of barbecued chicken prepared by using special equipment that has been used since 1935 in the traditional method developed in this region. Two members of our party ordered the chicken, while another ordered linguini in a brown sauce with chicken. I ordered cod in a florentine cream sauce with baby shrimp. All of the food was delicious! After the bread, we each enjoyed a bowl of soup - one was a chicken cream and the other was a tomato pasta soup, which was included at no additional cost. When the server brought our entrees, we gasped with delight! Along with the main course was a fresh salad and grilled vegetables - a large amount of delectable foods which we really enjoyed. Also included at no extra cost was a fabulous dessert - a generous size of maple custard in a puff pastry with whipped cream and freshly brewed coffee. When we received our bills, we were amazed at the low cost of our meals. What a wonderfully delectable experience with world class service at very little expense! We will return for sure!

From the out side this looks like a fine dining restaurant, and I have to say their second floor deco is even nicer. But the food is really sub par. They have this cocnut rice shrimp, which is very poorly executed. Salmon is bland. The saving grace is the cake, which is wonderful. And they even made mistakes in the kitchen, and we had to wait 45 minutes to get our meal. Won't go back again.

Restaurant St-Hubert is a large chain in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Having seen the busy places as we traveled through Quebec, we decided to give it a try.St-Hubert features rotisserie chicken, but also offers many other choices, as one would expect from a chain. The food we ordered was well-prepared and tasty. But what distinguished this place was the absolutely top-notch service we received from Stephanie. She was upbeat and personable, with just the right amount of attentiveness. Not only that, her suggestions and explanations on the menu choices were just great. We tried our first "chomeur pudding" - a local favorite - at her suggestion and it was outstanding.

We got together for a frendly breakfast to finish the year in good company with friends. The service was very good. The food was excellent and served in a good portion and in a timely matter to ensure a good start in a new day. The proprio was present and suppervised the whole thing. This restaurent is located on the main route of Saint-Georges and has plenty of parking space to accomodate all of it clients.

You are so welcome in our home! Do you remember the last time you were welcomed into someone's home? How were you were taken care of? Was your water glass kept full? Was the bathroom clean? Did the music enhance the atmosphere or clash with your mood? Wer
We stopped in on our way to Quebec City and I can't say enough. The staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. I had the La 980 and it was amazing, the fried chicken was cooked beautifully and the Brie and bacon fit perfect. My wife had the Spagh burger and that also had exceptionally developed flavors. The beer menu is out of this world. I had the Disco Soleil cumquat IPA, one of the better ones I have ever had. If you are in the area or going to be driving through make a reservation or stop by. You will not regret it!
