à Pied Marin is a restaurant located in Saint-Félicien on the marina. The view is very nice and there is a terrasse on the shore. The food was excellent and typical. Everything was tasty and fresh. The price was quite low.The only problem was the service which was very slow. We waited nearly 45 minutes for the main course. I don't have any idea why and I don't know if it is usual or not.My final feeling is so quite contrasted... You may try but don't be in a hurry.

I don't know how you manage to mess up pizza, but apparently you can. I'm wondering what kind of cheese was on it - tasted like rubber. The Cesar's Salad had some old pieces of salad which hadn't been properly washed. Can't talk about the dessert - there was no way we wanted to stick around for it.Hi therer,Thank you so much for taking the time to review our restaurant. It was my second visit at that specific restaurant. It's a fast-food restaurant (Hot-dogs, Hamburgers, French fries, poutine, etc.) , they have small tables, it's not different from any other fast-food restaurant. You give your order at the counter, you pay, they will give you a number (written on your receipt), when your order is ready they will call that number. It's very fast, the taste of the food, well it's average...that's what we expect with fast-food. Order fast, eat fast and hit the road fast. The service of the staff is very good, they are polite and very effective.

After mountain biking for hours in the rain and mud, my wife and I were ready for some great microbrews. La Chouape was just the place we were looking for. The hip microbrewery had plenty of tables in a high-ceiling main room as well as covered and uncovered patios that were visible through the huge open garage door. The place was busy, but still had plenty of room for us. They offered at least 8-9 different brews on tap and another long list in bottles. There offerings were diverse from saisons and pale ales to some Belgian style ales and even some darker beers. My wife really enjoyed her blond IPA and my farmhouse ale was smooth and refreshing. The beer to rave about, however, was Le Bleu des Bleuets, a blueberry beer that had great aroma and color with a refreshing blueberry flavor without being sweet. I tend to avoid fruit beers as they can often be too sweet, but not this one. The brewery serves some bar munchies like wings, pizza, nachos and they all seemed good, but we were hoping for more dinner-type options. It would be great if they expanded to offer a few entree options, but that wouldn't stop me from going again and again. I suggest everyone who passes through St. Félicien and loves beer should stop and check this place out.

Brilliant quirky place, there is one menu: vegetable soup, meat pie with coleslaw and a vegetable ketchup (delicious!), and blueberry pie for pudding. Good comfort food, like visiting your grandmother.
