Snack like meals from the bakery, specialty coffees and teas, make eat in or take out a great choice when waiting for a ferry. Just a 2 min walk from the terminal. Front tables to people watch and cozy atmosphere on the inside. Excellent service, food and coffee.

The area where this restaurant is situated is absolutely amazing, beautiful mountains, right on a beautiful lake. Lots to look at with the boaters coming and going as well. We give the location a â5â plus!!!!The service here is mediocreâbasically they do their job and thatâs it. Not really friendly at all and everything seemed to take longer than it should have. The food is hit and miss. Chicken Wings were very good but their hamburgers were awful. We would come back for the scenery and a drink and maybe an appyâbut donât think we would order a meal again We are so sorry to hear your poor experience with us! We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers needs. I have learned that the best way to improve is to understand what went wrong. Please, if you are willing, email me at [email protected] with more details so I can look into this further.I look forward to hearing from you.Cindy

Great food, good service. Didnât try the desserts, but they look sinfully good. This is one of the few places that serves grilled halibut (or cod) rather than battered & deep fried. Salads are fresh with a delicious house blackberry vinaigrette. Thier french fries are the best. Pizzas, served only on weekends, are said to be really good.

This place is busy. They serve breakfast and lunch. I ordered a âPilot Breakfastâ. It came with eggs, toast, hash browns and 1 meat (I chose ham). The eggs and toast were actually quite good. I enjoyed my breakfast. Service was good and prices were reasonable.

If you are super hungry for the most delicious breakfast (all day!) or lunch, get yourself into Magpies. Its a retro little diner in the old part of Powell River, Cranberry. They serve huge portions of food with quality ingredients. My favorite is the Huevos Rancheros. They are famous for the Big Breakfast. I love the Big salad and the french fries are the best in town!

Fourtanely for us, this restaurant was across the street from our hotel and open on Thanksgiving. My husband and I shared a platter with chicken, rice, fresh pita, taziki, homemade hummus, and Greek salad. Everything was so fresh and very yummy! Love the decor. Very friendly staff! We will definitely be eating here again next time we are in town.

This restaurant offers a sundeck and a variety of West-coast craft brew beers. The Mac & Cheese is âto die forâ delicious!!

Stayed at the Old Courthouse Inn on our first ever trip to Powell River. That in itself was great but the bonus is breakfast at Edie Rae's. Wonderful eggs, local jam, fabulous breakfast home fries made for a memorable meal. To top it off, Edie Rae's son, JP, graciously let us sit outside for which made it even better. Thanks JP! We appreciated your going the extra mile.Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a great review. Thank you again and we hope to see you again in the near future.Cheers,JP :)

Casual elegant dining overlooking the sea and mountains, serving seafood, lamb, chicken, duck, beef, pork and vegetarian options. A Wednesday night " Steak and Seafood Buffet " and musical events.
I was the guest for my birthday lunch. The setting is certainly one of the best restaurant settings anywhere. The deck in the summer is a must and the view is mesmerizing. I had the oyster burger and it was exceptional. Crisp, not greasy, large size oysters, just the right amount of condiments and a soft bun. Small portion of salad and specialty fries. Server was very attentive and could not have been better. The owner played Happy Birthday on his guitar for me and I had a special cake. I hope to repeat next year and hopefully to try dinner before then.
